VW Scirocco Scala 56k from new
Diesel2000 replied to blacktopsurfer's topic in Cars for Sale [Other VAG]
Is that £2750? -
Im looking for a decent company to put a 1.8t into a Corrado 16v if I decide to keep it. I can supply the engine and turbo, anyone know any North East Companies who could give a ballpark price? The closer I get to selling it or breaking it the more I want to keep it, maybe the expense of a conversion will finally put me off!

Solid 16v with an engine problem in for sale section. -
Corrado 16v - Non Runner - Solid My Corrado has decided to let me down and run on 3 cylinders. No idea whats wrong with it and to be honest cant be bothered to find out. Car is a 1994, solid shell and floors and everything works electrically apart from mirrors. Heater selector has the usual problem of being stuck on windscreen and feet. Passenger fog cracked. The car has 2 month old FK Coilovers on but will not have the wheels in the picture (it will probably have some old mk3 golf wheels). MOT until about august, 125,000 miles. Im only listing it until next Saturday at which point ill start to strip it. Car is located in Spennymoor, Durham but cant be viewed until Wednesday. Picture of floor is prior to the interior being refitted. ?850 ovno List Date: 6/11/2015 Location: County Durham, United Kingdom For more info, click here to view the original listing: Corrado 16v - Non Runner - Solid -------------------------------------- On Sale For: ?880.12 (Local Pickup Only) -------------------------------------- Mobile friendly version: Corrado 16v - Non Runner - Solid Go Mobile: Download the free Panjo iOS app now!

My 16v 2.0 has randomly started idling at about 2000rpm. Its fine when I start it but after driving for a few seconds the idle seems to stick. Any ideas?

Got my Corrado back today, glad I kept it now.

The same guy is selling a set of battered D90s for 800 quid.

Perfect thank you

Is there anyway to bump and reduce the price of my car on here? I have no idea about Panjo etc. Fed up of eBay wasters so going to reduce it to try to get it gone.
-
So my Rado didn't sell for the price I wanted so I'm going to keep it and throw a bit money at it. The current coilovers are useless and far to harsh a ride. Does anyone have a picture of a Corrado on dampers and a 40mm lowering kit?

They aren't the ones off the car mate, the wolfrace wheels are still on to sell the car

Full Corrado Grey Leather Interior - Late Spec - No Longer Available
Diesel2000 replied to StueyB's topic in Parts for Sale
If these dont sell id be interested when I got back from offshore in 2 weeks. -
1994 Corrado 16v Im toying with selling my Corrado, just really need something newer and more comfortable. Its a 1994 2.0 16v in black. The bodywork is solid but has a few tiny little dings. Floors are solid and car starts first time every time. Car has MOT until middle of the year (ill get an exact date later). It has 126,000 miles but this will go up as I use it every day. The car is on coilovers, and truth be told they aren't the best, they do knock a bit and give a rough ride. I have just fitted better door cards and front seats and these are in superb condition, however the rear bench seat is a different pattern but still grey (Andy on here has a bench to match if needed). Tyres have loads of tread on, the wolf race wheels have a few scrapes but run true. Only things I can think of that don't work on the car are electric mirrors, the heater selector is on windows or feet (usual problem) and the central locking is temperamental from the drivers side. Passenger fog is cracked as usual and splitter has cracked also. Car is located in Spennymoor, County Durham. Can you adjust a sunroof (lift the front up) without removing headlining? Cheers
-
Ive found with mine I have to lock the car then turn the key again for the central locking. Weird but I'm okay with it.

I used to have a set of Kamei vents in my old Mk3 GTI that replaced the front fogs. Anyone know if you could ever get these for a Corrado?
-
What size tyres should I be running on a set of 8x16 Porsche 7 slots?

I haven't bothered washing my Rado since I bought it in September but it was getting beyond a joke and I was getting dirty when I was getting in so gave it a wash. I am a big fan of Poorboys polish, used Black Hole polish along with the EX Sealer. Only problem is the shine is so good from this polish that it picks up every imperfection (of which there are a few). The wifes not best pleased as I have now decided I might sell it while its clean! Excuse the wheels, I hate them and I am just waiting for the right set to pop up.
