Pull out dash vent and just x1 screw top x2 screws bottom speedo surround (In my case x1 screw and BLUE TACK  ) x2 screws top Pull out and remove Push out cover (in my case alarm LED) Same with headlight switch Pull out dash vent housing (from back/inside) Remove dash speakers + window vent (as u did on passenger side) My window vent :shocked!: Think As this stage i went a bit crazy And started to remove anything and everything!!! Storage under steering column

Passenger dash speaker + vent grilles ... Pull out grille x2 screws bottom x1 screw top If u have no specialist tool s to remove screws in tight spots Then like me use screwdriver bit and turn by pliers! Bottom Top Just pull out vent housing from inside/back Reveals my dash speakers NOT connected! If u have removed the glove box Then u can see the dash speaker wires are Dash speakers grilles Remove by pulling off Speakers just pushes tightly onto back of grille Window vents (pull off) Look at the debris! Centre dash vents (just pull out)

The protruding bit (bottom middle of glove box) My glove box wasnt shutting properly (lock not stating in lock position) So took glove box door apart Take hinge out either side of door bottom Nothing to take apart/clean really  Re-assembled And the door now closes and locks perfect! :thumbleft: Guess it just needed re-aligning??? Putting glove box back in a little easier ... As u can see the protruding part and FORCE it over the metal frame ... I find it easier to remove glove box if u remove the trim/storage panel under it ...

Removing dash speaker + vent grilles and glove box ... (When I was installing aerial cable etc) Glove box 1st Remove plastic cover on bottom of inside glove box door (Just prise off) x2 screws bottom x2 screws top Remove glove box light NOW Be ready for a lot of sweat, elbow grease, bleeding and f-ing... Pull out The problem is it will not SLIDE out. Its a VERY VERY tight gap for glove box PLUS there is a piece of plastic that PROTRUDES all along the bottom of the glove box AND the gap is NOT big enough for this EXTRA protruding So u literally need to PUSH/BEND/SQUASH the bottom of the glove box for this protruding bit to JUMP over the glove box housing (or frame) and force it out (good luck breaking anything  :shocked!: ) U can just about see the protruding bit along bottom of glove box (criss cross plastic) Ok (I cheated and took dash vents out 1st - but makes no difference!) And the METAL bar on bottom of glove box housing for the protruding part to jump over :shocked!:

Old Post Office - I ll come if they are opened for awesome RIBS and giant STEAKS! Though I think I am fully booked for several weekends now :( And evenings too far to travel for me due to childcare too :(
-
If I remember right, they not the same as the fusebox cover below driver. But others might correct me ...
-
Awesome, Chris!

That tube under sunroof is too deep inside to be any use or cause of leak i think (may stop draught i think!) Sunroof headline normal position When pushed back Deffo NORMAL is better :thumbleft:
-
But Remember Those pics of the orange sunroof is NOT my sunroof ;)
-
I think (as u said) I ll rule out the drain outlets by taping them - just to be sure!
-
The drain channels are quite deep actually 1cm (back) Front I cant see them overflowing unless of course my hose pipe
-
Can do But the point is EVEN if the sunroof leaks - Unless there is huge pour of water (like when i hose the car down) - The drains should carry the water away.. I suspect again that most Corrados leak same as mjne  Its not obvious as only a patch of water gets onto the INSIDE of the headliner. I suspect maybe the drain channels not deep enough and maybe there are sealants ABOVE/SIDE of drain channels to prevent them overflowing???? Just my 2 pence...
-
The inner seals were removed to allow the whole headliner to be removed. No idea - u could be right. But WHY only leak on driver side then (and not both sides)??? Will only know when sunroof cartridge is removed/tested ... :bonk:
-
I suspect the back of my sunroof headliner leaked because: - the sunroof outside seal have shrunk and lets in MORE water than it should when new But Still unsure why the front and back of the sunroof cartridge leaks though ...
-
Always!
-
Sunroof headliner closed as normal Sunroof headliner pushed as far back as possible (with sunroof closed)
-
I have a nightmare with mine stalling... So a good clean of the: ISV THROTTLE BODY MAF and spray electrical contact cleaner onto the MAF plug / socket fixed mine (touch wood!) :thumbleft:
-
Lol My sunroof 1. Only tilts driver side 2. Dosent slide 3. Leaks Been told too much work/cost of parts to fix??? :( Lol So u have an alarm too? Just check both boot AND glovebox lamps are secured and terminals insulated (else FIRE FIRE FIRE! :shocked!:
