VW_owner_85 U could be right about the leak from the drain hose ref pics. But that could be coz the leak - leak from corners ONTO the drain hose. But I could be wrong. I will monitor .....

Cheers bud! :thumbleft: The rear of sun roof drain channel is PART OF the sun roof headliner!!! I know coz when another member - MZPog (Stuart) and myself tinker with his spare sunroof - the sunroof headliner dropped out and reveal the rear drain channel is integral to the sunroof headliner... I will attempt to push the sunroof headliner if I can. But this might explain/fix the leak from headliner... ...but I don't think will fix the leak from the driver/rear-passenger corners. Yes Its actually 10 bolts to remove the whole sunroof cartridge assembly. I am actually waiting for a replacement moon roof to come up for sale so it fixes my broken sunroof AND leaks ....but none for sale yet :( Worst scenario, Is as u said - remove existing sunroof and test/clean it .... I don't think it's the drain hose at all. Its ABOVE the drain channels - at the corners. Pics says 1000 words... Leaking front driver side where that corner is next to drain outlet BUT OUTSIDE the drain channels And here (rear passenger behind driver) Again on the curve (next to drain outlet, where the HOLE is above the drain outlet) Again OUTSIDE the drain channels Now I understand when water leaks thru the sunroof headliner (As the drain channel not wide enough UNDER the sunroof seal at the back of the sunroof) What i DO NOT understand is How does the leak appeared on the driver and rear passenger OUTSIDE the drain channels??? :shrug: :bonk: :bonk: :bonk:

BEFORE A mess! And that WHITE twin wire (from stereo IGNITION to behind dash to fuse box) Also same WHITE twin wire attached to RED thin wire to rear seats THICK RED cables for rear speakers... WHITE twin wire goes to RED wire to STEREO IGNITION :shocked!: One WHITE wire cut here :eek: Other WHITE wire cut here : WHITE twin wires removed and wires behind stereo tidied up :clap: :dance: :lol:

Well Remember my only leak was when i wash car And the back of sunroof leak? I think its there thats leaking in during heavy rain. TAPED back of sunroof and no leak for 2 HEAVY rain days!
