Want to lower my C by about 40 or 50mm. What are the best springs to get & what kinda cost should I expect to pay all in? Also, are there any instructions on the site for changing the steering wheel? thanks in advance.
-
I was told by a specialist only to change it if you can hear it rattling. If it ain't broke, don't fix it! Mine's gone 105k so far & doesn't rattle. HTH

Got a '94 VR6. Recently the handbrake light has statrted coming on at irregular intervals whilst driving. Sometimes it flickers for a few seconds & sometimes it stays on for a coupla seconds. It always comes on when the handbrake is applied. It's a simple solution which I dont know about! Anyone?? Thanks in advance. Stu

Had Toyo Proxie T1-S on my old car, ABSOLUTLEY BRILLIANT in both wet & dry conditions. I got 12,000miles from a full set. Yes they are a softer compound but then this is why they are so sticky! Go buy. :)

You cannot judge this by "a rough guide to number of pints". There are a few factors which are involved: 1) height & weight 2) what you have eaten 3) your body's natural ability to process the alcohol 4) your metabolism. So the best thing is drink absolutley NOTHING! The phrase "but I've only had one drink" is far to common with people who have just failed the breath test & are on their way to court for fines/ban's. If you decide to drive & not drink then you should do just that. Remember, drinking & driving could lead to an innocent party following you to the pearly gates! PS Ironic really what it says in the line below!!! -
Remember that you now need to show a current certificate of insurance to the old biddy at the post office when applying for new road tax! I didn't & had to drive the 8mile round trip again to get it! Doh.

.........the day after you spend two hours washing, hovering, & polishing yer C, that some stupid bird (of the feathered type!) shits on the bonnet? Why oh why???????? :x :x :x :x :x :x

Nope, just the spoiler from GSF! Any diagrams of where to drill holes?
-
Got one of these from GSF a coupla weeks ago but am unable to get it to fit properly. Has anyone got pix of the fitment with the bonnet up? Thanks.

I heard this too! The government are wanting to ban these things, so it'll be illegal to own, buy, & sell them. In other words the government do not want us to have warning of speed traps etc so that they can generate more £££'s in revenue through speeding fines & increased insurance premiums. B*stards.

On my way to work this morning when a passing vehicle threw up a stone which has taken two chunks outta my bonnet & then cracked my windscreen! Crack is now approx 8" long! £50 excess gone & need to drop the car off tomorrow morn for 5hrs whilst the window gets fitted. What a pisser! :(

I stand corrected!

Everyone is different. There will be people who use 'super' all the time & folk who never use it. I have a 1994 VR6 & fill up with 'Super unleaded' every three or four tanks. Just a preference. Don't really notice much of a difference but do it anyway. Helps clean the fuel system. Just my tuppence worth.
-
Had Toyo's on my last car. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Brilliant & cheap.
