    Hmmmm

"It's in the garage during the week, but on Friday and Saturdays I drive it around Blackwood, Cardiff and Newport. Sad fecker! :cuckoo:  The boy needs :help:
  3. Sighthill Industrial Estate. Think I know where you mean. Not that far a drive really! Ta
  4. Saw what I think was a dark grey or a blue C about 10:15am this morning on the A737 heading toward Paisley. Gave you a quick wave as I passed. 8) I was the Dragon Green VR6 heading the opposite direction. :)
  5. I'll go for the Golf front. Looks best IMO. :)
  6. Recomendations???????? Get a gun.
  7. 1994 VR6, 6yrs NCB, fully comp, 28yrs old + wife, 1 SP30, £400. http://www.belldirect.co.uk Well happy! :D
  8. Nice car Joe. What grill & eyebrow spoiler do you have? Got to do this simple mod! Ta.
  9. Burgundy 16V with nice 17's, at Braehead last night (27th) about ten to seven. Reg number N808 ***. I was in the wifes A3 sitting beside you at all three roundabouts, you left & headed through Hillington Ind Est. :)
  10. After a full 30mins of looking the car over yesterday I discovered the cause of my shuddering............a broken front offside ball-joint! Booked in to be replaced by a local VW specialist tomorrow for the great price of £40. Ahhh, hopefully problem solved. New ICE also ordered & en-route. :D :D 8) 8) :D :D A very happy me.
  11. Other than the exhaust, my C is standard (15" Speedlines). Had a quick check of the discs but they SEEM to be okay. The shuddering does not happen all the time which is strange, but when it does, IT DOES! Gonna get the mechanic at work to have a quick look over it this afternoon. Thanks for the views. Stu :?
  12. Initially I was going to get bigger wheels to fill the rim & improve the look of my C. Now Im thinking of just lowering it, although the splitter at the front is low enough without it getting scraped all the time. Who has the lowest C & are their many pics of lowered C's between say, 30 & 60mm? ta
  13. Bought a 1994 VR6 a coupla weeks back & this is the first time I have owned a car over 6yrs old. I love the car & Im not expecting it to be perfect but.... ....at times when braking there is a lot of "shuddering" through the steering wheel. A pal who has a J-plate Audi Coupe says this is fairly normal but when he saw how bad mine was he was shocked! Is this a common problem???????????? Easily rectified? Thanks in advance. shaking2:
  14. The side profile just looks like a BMW Compact! Lets stick to the one & only Corrado we know, & in the style of (the worlds best drink) Irn-Bru: "The original & best" 8)
  15. Got my VR6 11days ago. Near perfect condition other than needing the bonnet resprayed due to some wee knob "keying" it a few weeks ago. Anyway went to a couple of bodyshops in Well Street, Paisley for quotes. In one of them was a N-plate Dragon Green VR6 just like mine. It was getting the bonnet and the whole of the nearside redone due to some other "wee knob", who cannot bear to see someone else with a nice car! Why dont we bring back hanging? I'd love to kick seven shades of sh*t outta these mindless vandals.

Probably been asked a million times before but whats your advice? Got a 1994 VR6 with 15" Speedlines. Ta
  18. Traced the fault to a corroded eath cable which runs from the battery to the starter motor! Thankfully easily fixed. Huge pain in the arse removing it though. At the auto electrics place just now getting fixed. Car is MAGIC. High 20's MPG aint too bad considering the fun. :D :D One (new) chuffed owner/convert!
  19. What is the best induction kit for a '94 VR6? Had the K&N on my last cars, which I liked. Is there a Vader kit available? Opinions please. Wheres the best/cheapest place? Thanks in advance. 8)
  20. Or, got something (!) stuck in the exhaust!!!!!!!! Sorry!
  21. So, in relation to the VR6, is it better to leave the standard set-up? Was going to ask about induction kits as the K&N I had on my previous car was definatley a "more smiles per miles" product.
  22. Easy! Dump the "las", hey presto, enough £££'s for the C & a bike! :D
  23. Nice TT dash. Brings the corrado up to modern day standards IMO. Good work fella. :salute: :thumb right:
  24. Last for ever, 100k miles!!!! aaaaarrrrrrrrgggggggghhhhhhh! Just agreed to buy a '94 M-plate VR6 with 101k miles. Now Im gonna have to get the tensioners checked out! Stu
