Gutted :( However, if it is any consolation, the £1500 worth of work was done recently, I believe you can claim for that back too from your insurer. -

I had an issue like that on my old 16v. Turned out to be a connection on the battery earth.

Sounds good to me. Rear speakers can be used, but only really for rear fill. You can retain them and run them off the head unit internal amplifier.

Agreed. A well fitted budget system can easily sound better than a poorly fitted expensive system!

Now I can see I'm not alone. Fantastic car but you get bored, how is it possible, have no idea but have exactly this same with my vrt project. The question is; what is your all time ultimate Corrado? The answer is most probably, a VRT, and now you've had the ultimate, you have now satisfied that 'itch'. However, if you sold now, you would 99.9% regret it, and be very itchy again haha
