Auto Windscreens. They seem to have done a good job.
-
Had the windscreen replaced today as it got belted with a stone whilst following a truck. Also fitted my door pin surrounds and new door pins 😄
-
Don't really know if this is something many people would want, but has anyone created an Instagram account to co inside with the forum? IMO it would be a good way for forum members to share what they are doing, be it cleaning, driving, etc.

I purchased these seats with the intention of re trimming them and fitting them in the corrado, however due to a change of priorities (ie I found some rust I should attend to) they are up for sale. Both seats could do with some tic, the only rips are on the front of the seats, the backs are mint. Both manually adjustable which all works smoothly. I would imagine if you are a dab hand at sowing you probably could make some respectable seats again! I have seen these fitted in some corrado's as well as other VW's. Theoretically...if you have a black corrado leather interior I might be tempted for a swap plus cash...just incase there is one out there I'm looking for £140 collected. I cannot ship as I haven't got anything to package them in!

I just tried to order what I thought was the correct one however the Manufacturer just told me that it is not the right fitment...even thought the fitment checker in eBay said it was...
-
Didn't see that bit. Could be because I'm on the iPad - I believe this is the correct one. I did a check and it says it'll fit my car and nothing comes up to be specific http://www.ebay.co.uk/ulk/itm/191344734391

Thought you might want to cast an eye over this as well if you haven't already: http://website.lineone.net/~quigger/heater.htm Sorry if you already knew how to do it but this will help me no end!

Hi all, My heaters are only blowing on four so I'm going to replace this first. Have people just invested in the £10 ones off eBay or have people replaced the thermal fuses or have you sourced a genuine one... What would you guys advise?
-
Hi guys, I, looking for the following; Black parcel shelf - Found! Door pin surround trims (the bits that go around the hole of the locking pin) - Found! Scuttle tray - Found! Genuine leather interior Left door card top trim If anyone could help me with these that would be brilliant
-
Hi mate is the black parcel shelf available? If so now much would you want including postage to Southampton?
-
Got the heater matrix and those foam bits replaced today as well as a cv boot which had split, she's like a different car! Very very happy - thank you to everyone who pointed me in the right direction. The blowers only work on 4, which is apparently due to something which I can get to under the shelf under the glove box...some sort of heater motor?
-
Reeeey! Only just down the road! Don't suppose you get up to the matchams nights do you?
-
Cheers mate! How much are the calendars?
-
I've just topped it up so I'll wait and see if it drops. Amy idea how I can confirm it?
-
Thank you both for your replies, the blowers only work on 4, nothing else, so when it's next dry ish and I have time I will try and repair those, does anyone have any idea on pricing etc? It still blows hot and cold in the right areas on the dial?
-
Just been out for a drive and the windscreen would not demist no matter what I did, I ended up having the missus wipe it with a microfibre every two minutes! Has anyone had the same issue and fixed it?
-
Hi mate the cars looking really good, how did you go about popping these off?
-
I know people have done it before, maybe I'm going a little over board but time will tell! Looking good! I'm not 100% sure which wheel to go for, I was thinking a Grant 11.5" wheel.
-
Thanks! Its the first car I have had with coilovers, all my previous cars I have done with lowering springs as I was afraid coilers would be harsh.
-
Cheers! Its just money at the moment - want to get the rust and sunroof sorted first and foremost.
-
I finally pick up my first Corrado on Sunday! I am very exited, it may only be the 2.0 16v but I'm buying it from a mate I went to college with. It comes with some coilovers already fitted, apparently they where around £900 - KW V1's or something? The usual story there are issues with the sunroof and few bits of rust but nothing dramatic. I have already picked up some Porsche 944 "Tombstone" seats which I'll get re-trimmed in black leatherette with tuck and roll style sticking down the centre, with the rest of the interior done to match. Obviously rust and sunroof repair will be the first thing, then wheels...I seem to spend my life looking around for wheels! I really some some Schmidts but I may have to make do with some replicas for the time being.
-
Very jealous! I would have loved a black Corrado - I'm picking up my blue 2.0 16v on Sunday.
