    In my experience the vrs that I have owned have ranged widely in oil temperature the blackberry regulary runs around 104/106 so I would say thats fine. Was the linked heater matrix pipes kinked or where they allowing water free flow?

    Jay prob beat to list what he is asking. Problem is building inspectors are different from each area and sometimes unhelpful so list the concerns and sure someone could point u in right direction. Generally the builder would have indepth knowledge of construction methods so would know what is reasonable and what is not. Unfortunately u need their approval to proceed

    Lol no tax doesnt help. Unfortunately it failed on a couple of brake lines and two bulbs out. I was concentrating on all the other things I have missed these dafts things so will be sorted next week and tax in august :) Cheers for all the luck guys :)
