C'mon guys you spend all this time, effort and money struggling too do a good job- just take it to a reputable valeting company or bodyshop and spend £30 - 90 to get it moppe. Then you can wax it monthly yourselves stress free. :-)

I would have given my right testicle to have a C for a first car mate. Well done for not racing, they are jealous twats. The only way ur gona get a Blown VR6 is to build ur no claims so concentrate on that for a couple of years. Stay sensible, slow and stylis.lol.

Mines popping back in and working too after bedding in for 3months and 90mins of struggling to fit it, file it, was stressed at the time but i suppose it saved hunting for a new handle etc.

Ive been steam cleaning/valeting angine bays for 5 years...i'll reluctantly give it a go to keep from getting bored, curiosity and a laugh.

DISGUSTING! No doubt they will put a quick enough engine in, revolutionising the look of the C and keeping it popular for 10+ years is the difficcult bit. Anyways wld a new Corrado devalue our classics or make them more desirable????????

Sorry to hear about the the bad luck MI5 VW. Keep your chin up, repair it and try to move on......We're all vulnerable when in love :-) lol. I know i would feel the same if it happened to me. Bristolbaron... I hope you got away with that and caused lasting damage.

IF..it is a great condition then given the current market 6 ono seems v.good at that mileage and price. Being trade you would 'expect' to see the same privately at 5ish. Haggle to death and go with your gut feeling if it test drive brilliantly. Cam chain mate. good luck.
