16v being noisey first thing in the morning is not unusual especially if its been modifed with performance cams so the tappets take longer to build up pressure i found using the lighest oil i could get (0/40w)in synthetic form has eliminated the noise completely even at first start up

both sound great but i think the miltek edges it mine sounds awesome and jmr can get you a great deal for a miltek

too many speed humps and traffic lights

shiny black corrado with five spoke alloys in madeira drive in brihton about 1am early hours of today (saturday)

was being followed by a dark coloured volvo (didnt know it was a police car) gave car a bit off welly and lost the buggers next thing i know i was sitting at traffic lights and got pulled over had right go at me saying they couldnt keep up with me this made me laugh thought those volvos where meant to be quick he said by the time he hit 40mph i was doing 55-60mph great what alot of engine mods can do but then you realise much better to do it on a track but i had just cause as my girlfriend was being followed by her violent ex(cant wait to see him)and so explained and got off with a caution and got to produce my documents which is a bugger as i have just sent them all off after moving house was a great weekend til then and first time i had driven car this weekend too,remember have fun but not fun thats too fast haha

white one a27 coming back from littlehampton tonight(monday)

spotted a white corrado with 17s?on the shoreham coast road near the lighthouse and a vr6? in dark green about 500 meteres from that one,also saw a dark coloured corrado going along the findon road in worthing at about 1130-12 at night last night(thursday)i was pulling out of garage and went past them at roundabout they were heading towards worthing i went towards arundel,also a red g60?in selden rd durrington,also a corrado with front bumper with some undercoat on it today(good friday)their all out now!

i think you can get it re-chipped or the ecu can be re-mapped,also the exhaust changed for a de-cat exhaust system should unleash 15 bhp alone

ps 4 and a half litres is how much i put in mine but it does have a mocal oil cooler fitted so that uses a bit more

make sure u get a semi synthetic oil 1.8 16v dont run well on anything else

very expensive new so go to scrapyard and get one i think they are about £300 new

i would imagine it would cause extra stress on the wheel bearings

saw a vr6? outside huets in tarring road worthing with 17s? in 5 spoke dark coloured possibly dark green

yet a standard 16v is quicker than a standard G60 and engine parts are cheaper prefer 16v myself but there again i am biased lol

all alloys are soft it pisses you off for sure

done the rear in an hour very easy as vw have made it so witha clever design built in the discs be careful when taking caliper carrier off and dont over tighen can be costly if it snaps

went to open sunroof the other day and nothing happened it doesnt appear to have any power could it be a fuse?

have u tried putting old spark plugs back in,were they a different type?
