Just let my mrs drive my C for an hour and she is still in shock with the biggest grin on her face and a wet patch on her jeans (she just hit me for saying that) The most powerful car she has ever driven is her peugeot 306 1.4 5 door. She said she now fully appreciates why i love my car and why i spend so much time on it! Her words whilest putting her foot down in 3rd gear at 4k was something along the lines of... She is begging me to put her on my insurance as i only use my car at weekends and she wants to use it in the week! I think i have fully converted her into a true corrado fan.

Got my coilover kit and new top mount kit for all 4 corners. Going to fit this myself as i have a vaigue idea of how to do it but is there anyone who can just give me a quick 1, 2, 3 step of what i need to do? Just so i can do it in the right order and make it easier for myself. Cheers if anyone can help!

herisites, what size wheels do you have and did you need your arches rolling? I'd love some wide dished alloys but not sure what arch work i might need to do?

Walked to work due to snow and not wanting to chance the C getting hurt, and found these had been delivered! . . . . Now im happy! Just gotta wait till next weekend until top mounts come!

There are some pictures about with them on, im sure someone will post them up.....but im warnging you now, EVERYONE on here will tell you NOT to get 18's as they make the handing rubbish.

i dont like it, it looks too 'stuck on' I recom omly way to get one that looks good it to chop bumper in half horizontaly and extend it down an inch or two.

Ive got a set of coilovers on their way to me and thinking of getting some alloys, im wanting pictures of white(or any colour) corrados which are lowered and have any kind of alloys on just so i can see what i might want to achieve. Thankyou.

How much for the above items new? Basically Ive seen an add for 'new front lower arms and new antiroll bar links', they have been fitted to the car but appartenly are new and not been driven on. If they are in good condition and like new, how much should i be offering for them?

Been having a think and wanting to get rid of the oil filler cap so have a smooth engine cover. I will still have the screw cap there but just covered. Apart from neding to remove the cover if i need to fill up, which in the 6 months of having the car i've not need to yet, will it cause any other problems?

i mean you hold the spring upright and slot the two metal peices INSIDE it like this ][ so the spring catches underneith the two lips on each spring, then what this does it alow the metal peices to slot over the pivot on the main stalk part which has the electrical parts on it.

well i brought some, i went for the Weitec GT's and also a full set of Genuine Top Mounts Front/Rear in the end, with forum discount, around £500 in the end, so im very happy, rang up and spoke to a guy from g-werks whowas very helpful and asked what i wanted, weather track days or normal road use and then described what he had and i chose. brought them there and then. Very happy and cant wait to get them fitted! DO you lot recon it might be worth getting new wishbones aswell as i think my bushes are knackered?

Ok so ive been reading this and thinking about what to do... Basially i want to lower my C for two reasons, i suppose without sounds stupid, one is for looks, and two for handling. I only Use my car at weekends so i thought if i really lower it i will enjoy it more and not get fed up as its not a daily driver. So if i was to spend around £600 on a set of coilovers, what make would people buy, all i want is a name of the kit, i have read alot of reviews, all i really need is some names. I would like a nice firm ride with good hadling and to go really low. Thanks if anyone can point me in the right direction... I think i am going to for a set of H&Rs, how low can these go? But then after reading this.. Im very tempted by that, but what do you think?
