mk3 gti pads work best apparently i used them on kevs advice.

all you need is the late fogs and indi's then you just pull out the plastic peiece behind the fogs its obvious when you look and will take 20 secs!!

kev used rado discs,, you have to use the carriers or they wont go on,, the calipers for the vented discs wont fit.

the conversion hoses you can get from stealth, the mk4 discs aren't needed just use corrado discs wth corrado caliper carriers and mk calipers.

saw an slr the other day in our village,, also see loads of concept astons around the place being so close to newport, also saw a shooting brake aston a few years ago which has to be pretty rare!

mmm handbrakes mostly work in the same way i guess,, but if not i could rig up a hydraulic handbrake i know they are rubbish for parking and not motable but its not a daily driver and i know my mot man will pass it.

the next job for my rado that ill be doing in the winter is a total suspension and brake overhaul and blinging up! so i thought id better start researching various ideas one of which is brembos on the back to match the brembos on the front. i guess i could just get some evo calipers and have the brakets made?

cheers bally,, but i think in reality if you mod cars then it doesnt matter what it is youll mod it! ive already puut a debadged grill on the a6 and am about to lower it onto some 18's its just not fair why cant i just leave things alone!!

lol cheers dude! i was thinking of that very fine mesh ala' bently in black might look quite nice i dont like that bemper grill they have as standard ive had mine colour coded but still looks mank!

i had a 16v rado for a while as a run around but sold it as it was taking up more of my time keeping it on the road than my g60! my 2p is to get an audi or vdub tdi thats what i did and never looked back my 2.5 a6 tdi is pretty good fun as well not to mention the luxuries such as climate control!

so difficult to give advice on bike to peeps new to riding,, best bet is buy whatever you like and can afford and remember the throttle goes both ways! and i completely agree with bc with regards to too little power being dangerous, that why i feel the 33bhp rule is silly but thankfully easily reversed!

lol missed this thread,, furks your bits look very nice but the bits on their stand were as lee says poorly made they are carbon yup but its just not good enough considering they want over £500 FOR THREE BOTTLES AND A FEW CARBON BITS!

put the bonnet on i got from chrisp absolutely spot on cheers mate! gave it a clean so the body shop dont have to hope to get it back in time for santa pod this weekend,, wishful thinking but you never know!
