the armrest is a golf mk4/bora item there are a few ebay sellers offering copies for fairly good prices. as for fitting its very much diy tbh as no-one has done a guide but i and another forum member are going to do this mod in the spring id be happy to take some pics.

it will be the stalk try cleaning with contact cleaner if its still tempramental swap out for a new one.

easily done ive done a few i did ballys in 20 mins! if youre going from early to late there are a few more issues but all easily sorted.

no sweat buddy! i stripped my old interior out after doing ballys, then started running all the wires for the amp and electric seats. but best of all on thursday i built my split rims!!!!!! pics as soon as i get tyres and get them on!

right ive got a spare gearbox now that i want to build up with uprated internals. which lsd do people recommend peloquin or quaife are there any others? with regards to gear selection ive read a lot about this i was thinking about a vr first and second a g60 3rd and 4th and a golf diesel 5th. but then talking to ben on msn last night he said why not just bung the whole set of vr gears in the g60 casing? is this possible? those that have built gearboxes did you find any good resources? i could do with a good schematic so i know where all the bits go!

for me the recaros arent just about the comfort which is amazing in my ho! its about the electric adjustment and the heating, they are just much nicer especially when mj's just retrimmed them.

ive wondered this as i have b7 wjr but a7 wjr is on a bloomin vauxhall frontera 1992 model according to rac,, i want it for my bike!

yeah dynalynx do a lot of sport conversions,, they are mental cars ive always wanted one! the silver one thats always around that does 0-60 in under 3 secs is a legend!
