ive found a charge cooler i fancy, only prob being that the inlet/outlet sizes are only 50mm would it be detrimental to step down to this size? as far as i understand the g60 has 60mm bore tubes.

finally got her back today, picked up at lunch time they had done the timing wrong so i printed off hennys directions took it to them hey presto it is fine! geometry also done she handles like a dream!! funnily enough the steering column doesnt click any more!? got hoe and my ABT skirts arrived 2 days from austria not bad!! today was a good day!!

it seems that most of us spend most of our money on trying to recapture the driving feeling that the first owners of our cars when they drove away from the vw showroom! imagine driving a brand new corrado it must have been amazing!! i hope when im done it will feel somewhere like that!! after spending several days in the vw parts dept ordering obscure clips for absolutely every thing im sure it will! edit: ive just realised im one of those people that talks about there own corrado all the time!!

well they sorted it all back together then snapped a bolt off somewhere so they are replacing that (not sure what) the guy that caused the pulley to fall off in the first place handed in his notice today as a result of the dressing down he got over it!! hell loosen the aux belts next time!!

sorry about the off topic crap i was very tired and this thread got me all excited i like a good argument! im sure lee didnt have any say in the write up and there are certain lacking points about his car hes not shy to admit it i asked about his rear seat not looking right he said they didnt but it was a rush job. at the end of the day he produced a car other people have told him it looks good so hes responded to that by bigging up! i hope hes nopt offended too much by this thread and moves the car onto the next level!!

itll be a loose heat shield, pinking (cylinder rattling in the bore(bad)) or a rattle snake in the boot (also fairly bad)

OEM+ :!: its the only way the rado suits it so well i dont care if pvw say its gonna be gone as the 'in' look soon it works so well, and with yours will make it the ultimate sleeper!! but if you do choose the other and in my opinion more chavvy route then at least yours wont be all show and no go!! compltely unmodified is ok but i think you are personalising your car you should continue to the exterior to make it complete. :D

i use normal unleaded when i cant get optimax tbh the seat of the pants dyno cant tell much different you wont do any damage using normal 95 ron unleaded mate

just got an eibach front strut brace for an absolute steal in carnoisser :oops: will it fit the rado i presume so as it looks right if not ill put it on my wall as it looks great!

so i take the rado in top have the alignment done i say to them theres a replacement crank bolt in the glove box can you fit it, yes they say, 2 hrs later hello mr reeve sorry it wont fit, yes it bloody will i know it looks different but it will fit!!!! ok mr reeve sorry im sure it will, 2 hrs later hello mr reeve sorry but the bottom pulley fell off when we tried to do it. well your a tw*t then arent you i hope i wont have to pay for you to retime my car? ill let you know mr reeve. they say now that they can fit the bolt as they realised they need to take the v belt pulley off first to get a socket on the 22mm dx bolt! should i have to pay to have the car retimed??

bit of thread jack but can you wire the sunroof up to auto close if it doesnt already?

hope c&r have got there act together when i rang they had no idea about putting mk4 calipers on a rado i had to get my hoses from stealth cost £50!

rado has to be worth 3750 maybe a bit more
