Trouble is you're in a rock and a hard place situation.. She wants the car - he has a deposit. Looking at his for sale cars though he trades in cheap & cheerfuls.. This is most likely something being sold for a friend/family. Find out what the 'cost price' he's offering to do the belt for is and get this knocked off in cash or you walk. There were plenty of options before the deal was agreed, but if she wants the car you're gonna struggle to be the good guy. Get the car bought/the belt done and put a smile on her face.

yup, could be interested, if you can get pics and a price over that would be great. cheers baz

safer option is to cut the arches. single skin fronts and triple skin rears is asking for trouble.

will you have cloth seats for sale? pm me if so..

As title, looking for an early black cloth full interior. Late may do as may grey for the right price. Let me know what you have. I'm based in Bristol so would need to be able to be picked up within reasonable distance or couriered.

G60.. what's it worth?.. Now Bristolbarons Gallery!
bristolbaron replied to bristolbaron's topic in Members Gallery
Well after a conversation at ultimate dubs last night the Corrado's going to be going up for sale. Still not quite sure of how it's all going to happen.. Whether to take it back to near standard and sell parts separate, or if it goes complete. Will be going up to the garage tomorrow to work things out and then putting up a for sale thread. -

I'll be parked in the international car park.. may move the car round to for sale area in the morning as I'm taking the 8v. If my UD history is anything to go by though I won't be awake till someone's trying to kick me out of my hotel room! -

bristolbaron replied to farrantino's topic in Exterior
Im selling these Porsche 928's.. think theyre a great looking wheel.. so many options though! What sort of styles do you like?! -
a bit interested.. two things though.. wiper hole blank.. would this still have the raised flat section of standard boot or be flush all the way through? boot plinth.. how would this attach? would there be the option or not having to refit it? I hate that plinth! Baz

Is that a 968 in the barn? :)
-
6 are thinner than standard wheels, id go 7 & 8's or a full set of either. 25 - 40mm adaptors depending how you want them to look.
-
Is it for a corrado or edition one? There's a slight difference in fitting. Both have been discontinued for a few years now, last new old stock one I saw went on ebay for £100!

It's prob best to say when you're thinking to get a real idea of numbers. Put a few dates and a poll up. I'd definatly attend if it's a date I can do. -

What liquid to use in an ultrasonic cleaner.
bristolbaron replied to ANDREW 30's topic in Engine Bay
Just been reading a thread on AudiSport about ultrasonic cleaning and James Sea Clean was used with very good results. I was in the jewellery industry for 10 yers and we always used Flash for gold/stone cleaning. Don't see any reason why it couldn't be used for injectors.. Only a very weak mix is required - the ultrasonic does most of the work. -
THE Corrado Forum 2.0 FEEDBACK THREAD

I agree with the above. I am pretty much used to the new layout etc, however I still prefer the old one. This seems to be much more a message board than an interactive forum. very cold layout & colours etc.. more professional looking certainly, but not as hom[o]ely. -
no difference in fitment, only that earlies have no holes.. could add the holes or relocate the switches for a cleaner look..

Good work Abdul! Was looking forward to seeing these trimmed.. They look so much better in black!
