Yes but what to flush it out with? Is it a case where i need to take the water system to bits or is their a product available that will free up a blockage?

There is too much pressure in my coolant system, Stevemac told me that their is probably a block in the system somewhere, does anyone know any sort of product i can stick in the system to free it up?

This is a bit of a grey area.... I have three cars all insured with the people who: "love to quote you happy!" they are all on separate policies but you get extra discount off your other policy and loadsa of other discounts so: 27 year old man, no points or accidents, 2yrs ncd, mk1 golf gti cab, corrado g60, seat toledo v5 all insured fully comp + business on the seat for £1458 a year! they are also really helpful (call centre in britain!!) i have my house insurance with them aswell and breakdown cover as they offer discounts to existing customers! - which is novel in this day and age! :lol:

My one does this too! i always tell the passenger "its hand built!" be interesting to see if there is a cure! :lol:

Go to halfords mate, they sell specific caliper paint in various colours, costs about £20 i think!

Mines all Yellow too! and its got black leather! i held out for ages for a yellow one, i'd almost given up and was going to opt for a aubergine one i'd found when mine came along! Its a real head turner!

Halford do sell rain x, its in a yellow bottle and is about £6, its a godsend in a bottle!

Just bought myself a set of lupo Aeros for £42! I'm well chuffed will be fitting them this afternoon, You watch guaranteed it aint gonna rain again anymore!! Some facts about wiping.... If your windscreen is not clear, it contributes to road rage! Also too much screenwash is a bad thing as it rots your wiper blades! The alcohol in the screenwash does some funny stuff to rubber! Rain X really does work! you'll cut down the need of a wipe if you use this, as the water doesnt stick to the screen- it flies off the roof!

Cheers Darren, I kinda guessed that it would either be that or the master cylinder, i'll give it a poke and a prod! I'll be in touch with you soon, probably the beginning of feb, for a charger workover! :D

My G60 had a new clutch two months before i bought it in july so i kinda ruled out the new clutch theiry but.... she always judders on pullaway, always crunches into third even though the clutch pedal is on the deck and lastly when seeing off those small french cars that seem to be the bane of my life at the moment! changing gear at high rev see's the clutch pedal sticking halfway on its return to the top! I saw that its hydraulic so could this be the master cylinder? slave cylinder? or simply air in the system? its beginning to get annoying! It does eventually come back to the top generally 10secs after i change gear! and what is with those idiots in small french cars trying to race a rado??!!! :roll:

Just some quick info as i tried trawling through the archives and couldn't find what i was looking for! :( I need a full stainless system from the engine backwards! it needs to have a cat bypass and a single round exit pipe- Is this a supersprint system? also is their anyone out there that can offer a deal on a new system for Forum members? :)

Surely it wont be able to pull away without leavin the body behind! wonder what the standing qtr would be on that!? wonder how it will stop at the end more to the point!
