ive got a 2 litre 16 v and i fitted a decat pipe ,made a big difference ,rev'd harder ,seeing as there quite cheap i would recomend one

why did they bother using a screwdriver its hardly gonna open it anyway ,caused damage for no reason ,id be gutted

ive just had the same trouble with the winter hack (mk3 gti) ,i got a 15 mm socket and fookin belted it onto the outside of the allen key then used a bar to crack it ,again you'll need new bolts though

have you got any better pics of em ,i think they look good and would definitly suit a red car ,what are you doing with the rears to make them match ?

i removed the little lump of metal from mine ,dont know how much difference it made as i ported/polished the throttle body at the same time ,but together they made it much more drivable ,especially at low revs ,made it a bit quicker ,so id recomend it considering its basically free

it must be worth a fortune though ,even without the chrome parts still to fit ,it has to be one of, if not the best corrado's in the world ,what price could you attatch to that ?? tell me to get lost if im being rude but can i ask what its insured for ??

i put it in the window when im driving ,i thought that was what a lot of people where doing on here ???? i should check if its legal really, never been pulled for it though ,it has tape on the back so i would say it fell off !!!!

started to install the rest of the aircon stuff into the car ,got the heater box/fan bit in last year but never fitted the pump ,done some of it but now i need new seals for the pipes does anyone know where i can buy them ??

if its cheap enough yeah ,it was buy it now when i got mine but you could bid ,i bid and think i got it for around 25 quid not bad for that ,it helps high end ,seems to pull harder ,hope this helps

i brought one of these ,quite easy to fit ,seem to be a little quicker but not massive ,i have a 2 litre though

and they dont mind em just being taped up ? ,i bet that looks a bit funny such a beutiful car with side repeaters taped on !!!

i welded mine with glass in place and it was okay ,just took it slowly ,did manage to shatter a side window hile welding up the roof rails though !!!!

bit off topic ,but may i ask what you do when the car gets mot'd regarding side repeaters lee ? im about to mot mine and this is the first year its not got them fitted , cars beutiful by the way ,saw it at loads of shows last year and never failed to shock ,just my opinion but the lights look superb how they are (arsekissing over),thanks

painted the centres of the wheels body coloured and spent a couple of days polishing the rim ,look a lot cleaner ,just need some stretched tyres now !

fitted new mirrors ,mx5 ones,its currentlyliving at my moms ( for the winter ) im using the time to sort some paint issues (handles,grill,bumpers )

thanks again for the comments ,im thinking of changing the wheels ,or painting the centres black ,im not sure .Bit of history for ya ,seeing as were talking about exhausts ,the lad who owned it before me had the exhaust made by peco ,its stainless and it was the first ,i have a receipt for it and he paid very little cos they used it as a 'donor car'
