Hi there just spent over 500 quid getting my g60 running right,had it sorted out at RE PERFORMANCE in bury lancs . Its running good and pulling well now,but mine has allways had the same problem and still has and its annoying.

swapping blue and black; did not really notice any difference still running really rougth

CHEERS STEVE WHEN THE BLUE TEMP IS DISCONECTED SHOULD IT GO ERRATIC OR JUST CHANGE A LITTLE.

HOW CAN I CHECK IF THE BLUE TEMP SWITCH IS FAULTY.REPLACED THE VACUUM HOSE A FEW WEEKS BEFORE THIS PROBLEM STARTED;I AM SURE LENGTH IS OK BUT WILL CHECK AGAIN .WHAT BORE SHOULD IT BE GOT IT FROM STEALERS SO I PRESUME ITS OK THANKS FOR HELP SO FAR.

HI THERE AFTER SOME HELP MY G60.A FEW WEEKS AGO MY G60 ALL OF A SUDDEN DEVELOPED REALY BAD STARTING PROBLEMS FROM COLD,IS A LOT BETTER ONCE WARM BUT STILL NOT RIGHT.THE TROUBLE IS IT NOW HAS ALSO LOST POWER RIGHT ACROSS THE REVS.I HAVE TRIED NEW PLUGS AIRFILTER FUELFILTER AND A NEW CAT(just in case it had broken up causing a block)I HAVE HAD A MECHANIC FRIEND CHECK THE BASICS BUT CANT FIND ANYTHING,ANY HELP PLEASE.

Hello there my g60 had been flat for ages ,joined the forom read about boost leaks found big slash in the plastic pipe that goes from near top of raidiator to intercooler ; fixed it with new pipe from stealers (ABOUT 87 POUNDS) massive diffrence for about a week now seems flat again checked for leeks on idle dosent seem to be any.

Yes i have had similar problems on my old 16v and that was just the seal on the expansion tank .Hope thats all yours is too.

Hi i have allso had problems with ignition switch (which looks like a replacement gsf one.I ended up buying a starter motor 90 quid.I tried the feed to the starter of course first with a test light and showed ok so i bought the starter fitted it still nothing. So then tried a direct feed from the battery works ok.(anybody any ideas) now wired to cig lighter with a bit of trial and error looks cool works fine still would like to know if its the ignition switch.

Hello there i am also having trouble getting my rado g60 front bumper off where abouts are the 3 bolts.

After some help please my G60 knock sensor has been diconected scince buying it 2 years ago (bought like this) it has a Jabba chip and 68mm pulley has this anything to do with it .In my mind it shoudent but dont want to connect just incase.

HI THERE JUST LETTING YOU KNOW I HAD THIS SAME PROBLEM ON MY CORRADO 16V AND THE PROBLEM WAS JUST A TWISTED SEAL CAUSED CAR TO BE OFF ROAD FOR A MONTH BEFORE FOUND THE SIMPLE PROBLEM. :!:
