  1. Have you got the complete engine loom and throttle pedal etc? Would you sell this and the ecu seperately?
  2. I have several of these modules but all have this number? 191 959 875
  3. I think I have got a sunroof and the rad cover. May have some of the other bits, I'll have to get in the shed and see what's there.
  4. Need this out of my engine bay. Offers?
  5. I've got a DPA code gearbox from a Mk3 golf. 3.684 final drive I think. Its a complete 'box minus the two output flanges. Ideally would want to sell complete. Make me an offer for it.
  6. Oil feed kit has gone I'm afraid. Engine and emerald ecu would do for £1000.
  7. Errrr, yes if you like. Just it was built for and run as a 16vG60 (perfect compression ratio for it). Same as I would describe a 1.8PG Corrado engine as a G60 engine even if I wasn't selling it with a charger.
  8. A bigger m/c will give less pedal travel to move a given amount of fluid, the trade off is that more pedal pressure will be required to give the same braking force. Pressure = force/area. People seem to have created some internet myth that bigger is better when it comes to sizing a master cylinder, you want it just big enough to give a sensible pedal travel. I have run my corrado with both wildwood and Brembo 4 pots and mk4 rears on a standard master cylinder. With new discs and pads, braided hoses and the brakes properly bled there is no issue with excessive pedal travel.
  9. Bump, would rather sell as a complete conversion.
  10. I'm removing the engine as a 20v turbo motor I buillt for a friend has come up at a price I couldn't Refuse (2.0, fully built and 450bhp) My corrado has been off the road for 5 years, I put the Diesel engine in last year as I had the parts lying around and thought it would be interesting to do. Engine starts on the button, nothing particularly unusual about how it sounds. If I was being picky I would get the injectors re-built as they were only a scrap yard find. Nothing wrong with the conversion, I just want my corrado as a weekend and track toy, diesel just isn't the thing for that.
  11. Still available at the moment, I have someone interested in just the engine so the other conversion parts may be available separately now. Unsure on the mileage to be honest. Clocks say 56000 but I don't believe that looking at the rest of the vehicle the engine came from. Seems to run OK, just replaced the cambelt on it.
  12. Low bit probably means air in the system. Not too hard to bleed it.
  13. Pretty sure a ctn is an 02a.... Didn't think they did the 02j till the Mk4 boxes.
  14. Right, time has come that this has to go as I have a new engine on the way. Those who don't remember my car may want to look back at my old threads, but in short, this is the block and head I used to make 304bhp with the G60 charger that I also have for sale. Still as far as I know the most powerful 16vG60 engine in the UK. So what is for sale? 2.0 ABF 16v block Scat steel rods Heavily ported And re-built KR cylinder head with ABF cams Genuine VAG water pump Vernier cam pulley Alloy sump Was rebuilt with new rings, bearings and 2 metal head gaskets to lower compression. I always planned to re-build the engine with forged pIstons but after getting it up and running and it running so well I never saw the need to do it. This engine combined with the emerald standalone management (also available separately) would easily return 37mpg on a run and made over 300bhp. £600
  15. My motor was an ABF with scat steel rods and 2 gaskets to drop the compression. Never had any issues running it like this, still as far as I know the most powerful dyno proven UK G60. Also had the added bonus of doing 37mpg on a trip to E38 one year. Far better economy than it ever got from an 8v engine!! I did toy with the idea of building up a new engine, higher compression again and one of the roetel racing chargers. I think 370bhp would have been possible, just couldn't justify the huge expense for an extra 65bhp! Have finally decided to part with my ABF block and head if anyone is interested as I have a new engine on the way!
  16. How are these tailgates coming along? Got a bubble of rust on mine which has been bugging me for a while now! Any chance of a deal on a bootlid and bonnet?
  17. Up again, will go on eBay later.
  18. Any interest before I put this on Ebay???
