  1. just been out in the car WOW!!i can see,i had to keep checking to make sure i didn't have full beam on just need the new bulbs as no one got any input on what bulbs to get
  2. cheers stevemac i'll get it sorted tomorrow
  3. shit!!!!!do i have to use the same kind of hose or could i just go to the local bullseye or halfords and get anything?will the length make a difference(if its shorter than the original)
  4. whats this hose on the front for?noticed mine was a bit threadbare and worn&possibly split
  5. i pressume that was the reason mine was stalling as i've repaired it its not stalled since
  6. just fitted my uprated wiring loom and now i'm after changing my bulbs, which are the best ones to go for and prices if you know, seen a few different ones on ebay but not sure which to go for
  7. cheers for that, iwas just wondering why people who had work carried out by jabba and they were happy with it never bother to post?i'm with you about the horror stories i would be more than happy for my work to be carried out at g-werks from now on its just a bit of a trek,i think i'll be better of drawing up a list of what to get done and get it done all in one go i shouldn't need it looking at yet it was only upgraded in april about 3-4k ago so hopefully i should have many happy miles ahead
  8. could someone please post who's had work carried out by jabba and are pleased with it,i must get some sleep tonight!!!when i went to jabba they seemed like very nice people, but then they had no reason not to be,those who've had things go wrong what were jabbas aftersales like were they willing to help,if things did go wrong i would expect jabba to try and sort things out, i know daz spends some time on here helping us all out ,when i 1st joined the forum jabba were actually making posts on here too, where have they gone why aren't they defending themselves, i know i would anyway i've decided we could do with a specialist a bit further up north, after plotting my route to g-werks with aa,250 odd miles one way, looks like it'll have to be a service and an holiday in one, best start saving
  9. will do cheers dude :thumbleft:
  10. cheers rack, looks like the airbox is on its way back, think i'll keep the jabba filter and heat shield as i don't think i'll get much for it if everyone says the standard box is better
  11. i wonder how much daz would charge to give it the once over?as anyone got some figures on how the jabba stg4 chip&pulley compare to a g-werks stg4 with sns chip 68mm pulley? another question why would a company that claim to be a forced induction specialist recomend having the induction kit fittedwhen from what you guys are saying sounds like a bad thing for my charger?,were they simply just after taking my cash?if i clean and oil my jabba filter regular would that make a difference?anyone else running a jabba induction kit?as it caused anyones charger to pack in?sorry for all the questions but i need to know starting to worry again
  12. upto now everything seems well on the charger front, although i would like to have a drive in a car thats had the charger done by daz to the same stage as mine just to see if all is really that well steveo29 i had my charger staged 4rd chip & pulley & induction kit with heatsheild they also found a couple of bits and bobs that needed doing such as new dipstick guide, oil pressure switch, new vac hose, they also said they had to repair the wiring to the lambda probe and top up my oil i think thats about it.i managed to get a bit of discount for having everything done at once, just found my reciept out and i payed exactly £908.89 so not a £1000 but still enough especially if the works not as good as i 1st thought,i think i'll have to stop reading posts that talk about jabba, didn't get much sleep last night for thinking about my charger blowing
  13. thats me out then......better find something to sell
  14. spent about £1500 upto date just on charger upgrade & wheels, reckon for the amount you lot are spending it'll prob be cheaper to sell mine and wait for one of you chaps to get bored and want to start new projects and hopefully sell me yours for a fair price
  15. sounds like a forum auction..........£20
  16. i get a sick feeling in my stomach every time i hear about how bad jabba are,i spent nearly £1000 with them in april this year, god knows how long its going to be till i'll ever get another £1000 to spend, loans are extended to the max only earning £200 a week buy the time everythings paid, not much left.i just hope i caught them on a good day,i wish i'd joined the forum before going to jabba,i only went there because i'd read good things about them in mags
