cheers goldie/stan stan was going to go r32 but had to sell it on as i was straped for cash so decided to go 4motion (still 24v thou :wink: )

cheers jay, yea got to keep at it been a bit busy lately. now that i have allocated more time and given myself a guide to when i want it finished there should be alot more progress.

might be just the switch .unplug the passenger side switch and try it on the drivers side

having the letter back for your golf is standard now, its to reduce the risk of your car being stolen then sold on, i would give it to the end of the week and then contact dvla (is there not a number on the letter that they sent you regarding your golf?) other wise there should be a contact details on there web site somewhere

its going to have the climatronic but i don't know about the sat nav i would really like one of them car computers then it can control everything.
