I've purchased a leather steering wheel restoration kit as my Corrado one is showing its age.

Just wondering if anyone has done this before?

Just after some tips etc.. And also what bits need masking off as I assume it's not all leather?

Hard to distinguish what is / isn't leather as it all looks the same :)

Oh I see you have rotated 90 degrees from how I've done it. Do both grub screws secure nicely on the bracket?

Anyone got any pics of the gruven parts bonnet clip fitted?

I've done mine tonight and works as expected but thought it should be the other way around? Excuse the mangled looking sleeve I had an absolute nightmare trying open bonnet when it had broke!

Yeah it's not too bad, I just need spray it L041 paint code to match the car lol! It just clamps onto the side of the car, took a lot of faffing to fit first time as had to get everything lined up but second time around should be a doddle. Will take some pics of the clamps, and I can vouch that it does indeed does what it says on the tin

Was a good day, I popped over to your stand but there was only a couple of cars on, looked good though, plenty if corrados there today too around the grounds and the usual lot in the S&S overall a top day

The only one I could get at such short notice was a summit SUM104 roof rails (around £80) and a halfords roof box at £150. Does the job and held up well, must have had close to 50kg in there coming home as the campsite got flooded and had to hastily pack up, drained over Half a bucket of water out of the tent since arriving home!

I'll get one ordered up. As it happens I can't open my bonnet at the moment as the clip has broken on the release handle so have a gruven parts clamp on order

Would like to hear your thoughts and input with regards to the direction on the design too, guys.
