my front passenger footwell is leaking terribly i replaced the inlet duct seal few weeks ago to no avail. the footwell is soaked any ideas what elae it could be? also how easy is dash to take out gonna do it tomorrow if its fine?

hi my c keeps doing strange things with the idling. it seems fine from cold but as it warms up it gets worse. when stopping at junctions, lights etc the revs keep going from 500 - 1500 up and down. and when i turn the engine off and back on it revs at 2k. also everytime i put my foot down slightly ( eg overtaking) it seems to be up at 2k again. ive cleaned the isv with carb cleaner so dont think its that. any ideas appreicated

going to edition 38 gonna drive down saturday lunchtime camp over and go to show on sunday. im coming from lancashire down m6 was wondering where there is a vw specialist on the way so can get the c checked over as there is no one near me and i usually work 6 days?? cheers

ok so heres the problem. whenever i give it some like driving on motorway and i park up afterwards and turn engine off when i start it shortly after its revving over at 3000 rpm. it does this for 5 - 10 mins then stops and is ok. just wondered if anyone had any ideas?? its a 1993 2.0 16 valve

saw a mystic blue c on a590 goin towards m6 from kendal i was goin other way didnt notice til last minute . also seen a black 16v with red seat covers in hest bank. burgandy c private plate NIB ****.

b4ljx have you got this part yet? i have the same problem wnet to stealers they had 2 seals listed and the guy didnt have a clue. if so do you have part number?

il get a pic on in a short while then it was bought from blueflame got reciept for it . im busy working this sunday, will be goin to tatton park tho.

got it last friday. been lowered 40mm, and got full exhaust system. no idea what make they were allready on it.

there is no pin on drivers side. yeh taken door card off when fitted some speakers its defo not there. kind of a mystery

on the driver side there is no door pin so i ordered some silver richbrook ones. after ordering i realised that there is no bit that it screws onto on the drivers side. any ideas or where can get one? needless to say havent been to collect them
