Seen the sameDark Blue K reg VR (minus Corrado badge on back!) a couple of times in the last week, coming through Shalford by the Art Gallery, I've been coming out of Station Rd and been a couple of cars behind.

My windscreen wipers are playing up! No matter what position the stalk is in they'll come on of their own accord and wipe constantly, sometimes they’ll wipe intermittently, sometimes they’ll give a couple of wipes go off for a bit then come back on. The rear one was going constantly, turning the ignition off and on again stopped it for a bit, but now refuses to do anything! Any ideas anyone before I start replacing bits, was thinking stalk or relay? Can’t see it being the motor as its both of them.

Followed a J Reg Green G60 down the M3 at about 1 today, went of down the A303

Tuesday night outside Tesco's in Wokingham, debaged apart from an 'Impressor' badge that looked like the merc Kompressor style. Disappeared by the time I'd parked. Been telling my new girlfriend how rare they are, think she's seen another one every time she's been in the damn car!

Broken down dark coloured 'rado in on a roundabout (twin bridges?) in Bracknell last night about 530 ish, sorry I didn't stop was running mega late. People I was meeting did say the AA had turned when they came past though!

Green Storm just come off of J3 of the M3 about 1030 - 1100 Saturday morning, went down the A322 towards Guildford

Saw 2 saturday, N reg blue storm on the 4th floor of the toys r us car park in Woking, Then a dark coloured something looked like an Irish Plate, got a smile and a wave, on Walnut Tree Close, Guildford.

I moved 10 miles down the road and my insurance went up just over 100 quid!! What really made me sick was my housemates only went up a tenner on his MK2 GTi!!

I had a Donnington 1.9 fitted to my Mk2 Golf back in 98 or 99, and have nothing but praise for them,they picked up a few other things that needed doing (ECU was kaputt, cracked exhaust manifold and few other bits and pieces) and still managed to bring it all in just under my budget. Had plenty of contact all the way through and they didn't do any additional work without checking with me first.

Only a K700i - not quite the Dom Jolly style you've got there! . Wasn't even dead, just plugged it in to give it a top up.

Had a strange problem this morning: Got into car (2l 16v) and plugged my mobile into the cigarette lighter to charge. Turned key blower & radio come on, brief flicker from dash lights otherwise nothing. First thought was the immobilizers gone up the spout, (refuses to start if I'm sheilding the sender thingy with my hand) so made sure I wasn't, tried it a couple of more times - still doing the same thing. Obviously power there, just not starting. Sat there for a bit cursing myself for not going for the homestart option with my AA cover. Then thought to myself what have I done this morning that I don't normally? Answer: Plugged in phone! (normally get round to it half way down the M3) Took charger out of the socket, tried again and she started first time! Any one else experianced this?? Is it a warning sign that something else is going to go? Or just one of those strange quirks that we all learn to put up with!!

Fitted my shiny new loom (courtesy of H100VW) this morning, just got back from a spin and I could see where I was going!
