Do they have to be 12v LEDs. Just been to maplin and they dont do blue in 12v. HELP! :D

Though on my previous suspension set up, the top mounts used to squeak when i put full lock on. But had to have bonnet open to hear that. Check the power steering out first.

Yeah they do look good. Ryan/Nath how did you do the LED display??? I love how the white looks actually, but ideally want them blue because it will match the HU. Nice one Nath, will be giving this a go. But doing them blue i think as my stereo is blue so want it all to match. I see you're using 3 different sizes of LEDs, are the LEDs numbers according to size so i know which sizes to pic up. EDIT - as above in regards to the size. Also where you get the LEDs?

OK there's been a change. It was cousin informing me incorrectly. I've just got off the phone from him now - He is using high tensile steal, even though i said it didnt need to be hight tenisle. But its simply because thats what he has laying around. He said he could either get these done by an engineer he knows who will do an exact copy of the original, but wont be cheap each. So i said no to that. Alternatively, he's getting someone to make some using the laith and equipment they have to hand and will get them as close as possible. He's done 2 already, one he says is spot on, the other he says the hole down the middle is slightly off centre. But it wont matter considering the application. He asked how many i wanted i said 10, but he did say they're not as simple to make as they look, but he'll see what he can do. But i said if he could do anything between 5-10. :D

Not 100% sure why, but it will do the job.

Right guys, my uncle will be making some guide sleeves this week so i should get them over the weekend. He's making them out of copper. He didnt specify numbers but not 100% sure i'll be able to get one for everyone - he's doing it between jobs for me and will have a big contract to complete next week, so may not get chance to do more. I think with the bonnet you'll be ok to swap - the only difference between early and late Corrados (all VRs are late or crossover) is the bonnet bulge. Early ------________------- Late ____------------_____ Its only the wings that are wider on the later corrados.

Yup! new loom and some decent bulbs. Do a search as said above, you can either make your own or people do sell them on here. The Ebay ones are ok, but not as good as they could be

V-maxx, stay away. As Jim said they're ok to get your car low, but that is it. They were a sh1t ride and didnt handle the bumps very well at all. Save the cash.
