Hi, I want to fit a new bulb behind the heater slider panel on my 89 16v but i dont know which type it needs as the old ones been taken out. Does anyone have a picture of one or know which one i need? Cheers.

Yeah, about time i gave it some attention, service is overdue too, ive had the parts sitting in the boot for 6 months!! just havent had the time. Needs a good wash too, its filthy... gonna give it a good coat of wax for the coming winter months.

Running fine but i noticed some blue smoke in the rear view mirror as i was parking it last week! Gave it a good go on the accelerator and it pumped out a blackish dirty looking puff of smoke as well as the blue :( Hardly been driving it lately, i think its time i had a proper look. Other than that, it runs beautifully apart from an annoying creak coming from some trim above the rear quarter window! :x

RESULT!!! .... Checked mine and its missing, Got stealers to order both listed parts in, picking them up tomorrow. Over the moon its an easy 40p fix!! Cheers Guys!!

The circlip is listed as a "Lock Washer" and there are 2 part numbers, could be either: N 908 159 03 N 012 327 6

Hi, I know this doesnt relate to the corrado, but i desperately need an exploded view diagram or similar of the rear suspension strut assembly for my 1995 Golf CL (Particularly the top mounting components) Im pretty sure this would be in ETKA if anyone's got access to a copy? Any help would be much appreciated. Cheers.

Cheers. Gonna have a proper look at it tomorrow. Pretty sure its a dodgy linkage rather than a gearbox by the feel of it. Feels like theres something solid stopping the gearstick moving while trying to select gear, only a firm shake or brute force gets it engaged.

Hi, I know this topics been discussed many times before but i drove my corrado today after a few weeks and the gearchange has gone from bad to worse! Now second gear is really hard to find... at times impossible, i literally have to shove it as hard as i can sometimes. Gets embarassing at traffic lights and turnings as 1st disappears too! Just wanted to know what the best thing to do is? how should i go about adjusting the linkages, they seem a bit slack and look like they may need some greasing too. Any other tried and tested ideas? Is there anything like a linkage repair kit available.. i can see some sort of small bushes in the linkage assembly. Cheers...

The first guys postcode begins with LL12 the second guys LL11 Anyone know of people who might have had a corrado like this in those areas? The first guy had it around 1996/1997 The other around 2000/2001

Hi, Does anyone have a diagram of how the spoiler mechanism works? ive got the bentley manual but i need to know how the arm is pushed up from inside the plastic housing it sits in? My spoiler works fine, but one arm is dead... the other one does all the work while the other one is just dragged up and down by it. I did have a look at the mechanism, but didnt have the time to take the whole thing out. Cant work out how the arm is pushed up, just wanna know how the mechanism works before i take it apart. Cheers.

Dont they only supply parts? The receipts show them supplying parts.. and also doing the work. Anyone recognize the car ? :D

Hi, I was just wondering if anyone on here has owned or knows my car? Ive had it for around 5/6 months now and its gorgeous... Its a 1989 16v in red. Number plate is G400 DKA. Its in such good condition, and got tasteful mods, definately must have been owned by an enthusiast!!! I bought it from Harrogate Yorkshire, before that it was in staffordshire, and from old receipts its spent alot of time in north wales. Any info would be appreciated! Cheers!
