yes nige is correct its a VERY VERY rare motorsport displacer ... completly differant casting to the one we all know and love.. :-P well done nige free beer for you.. :-P

yeah this method is definatly our prefferd one too none of this pressing in malarkie ... if it isnt 100% square you can easilly damage casings... go for some heat and freeze them bearings .. :lol:

i would get all the fundamental areas of the car sorted before you started tuning it ie.. sensors / earths etc otherwise you will just be emphasising any problems the car all ready has..

hello there just reading you post.. a few things.. you think its running lean > i think you will find it proberly running rich if you are expirencing flat spots etc . this could lead to many thing but the first things to check would be imho 1>boost leaks "check hard tube that goes under battery tray" 2> earths from sensors and from ecu. 3> lambda / co pot / knock sensor / cts are al working as they should . 4> check voltage from alt "this can dump up to 25% more fuel if poor charging. "or just pop down for a free health check :lol: " ps . std green injectors are 280cc.... :wink:

hi mate its darren here. steve was waiting for you to arrive on wednesday and was contuinally jumping to his phone every time it rang thinking it was you guys asking for the final directions to get to the workshop.. yes we spoke at guildford but as said above we book our own work in as we have enough room not to have to worry about double booking etc. all i can think of is that there must of been some confusion on numbers or somthing like that please dont be put of by this confusion and im sure steve will make up any inconviences to yourself ...

want to say a big thankyou to H100VW for selling me his car to use as our mule for the special inters engine were going to be running this yr... it took us 12hrs drive to get there and back but was deftinatly worth it THANKS GAV.... the work begins... but thats all ya seeing before inters... :wink:

imho i would want to open a charger up after every 30k this does not mean it will require a complete rebuild but... we find some of the parts do wear quicker than other parts in the g-lader.. tempest is correct smaller pulleys can increase wear but we use components that can easilly withstand very fast speeds and will you will not burn the lips off our seals .. :lol:

Im running 9x16"s with et15mm at the moment.. they dont touch the suspension at al near the arches though... :lol:
