yes i can read vortex too. i think you will find the reason there doing thiese chips on the #42 injectors is to run them at a lower fuel presure mate ie. 3.0bar and yes migual we spend many hours every week with the cars rigged up with wideband / knock link,etc logging data and consistantly trying to improve on what vw have given us .... have you tried ? :lol:

i reckon with a 22mm pulley and a set of greens and 10bar reg i could get another 100 mhp out of the passat too ..steve can you grab me the bits i need to do this in the morning too .... :lol:

:shock: migs where are you getting this info from please.... 4-4 1/2 bar reg ?? and 36lbs inj .... 4 1/2bar reg + 1 bar of boost = std g60 fuel pump issues ....ingector issues etc etc etc.

hello there i would sugest you get the fundamental factors of your g60 sorted before you even think about tuning it any futher.. ie . charger rebuild / lambda / co pot / knock sensor / plugs / wiring . once you have this sorted i would then suggest oil cooler / chip / pulley / fpr / smaller belt. hope this helps a bit :lol:

everyone has there own termanology for naming there specs of chargers. we dont really name them them but as everyone knows them as s4 etc we just use those terms as a guide too.. all of our chargers are ported to the same spec internally but we can also offer a larger spec too which has a huge exhaust that needs a special outlet see pic... we have a customer that has charge cooler and w/inj and he is running in the region of 15deg inlet temps... (i dosent get much better than this.. this is what every serious g60 modder should aim to achieve .) -
where abouts on the throttlebody are you tapping into ... on the g60 you should have a blanked off outlet on the pipe coming from the front of the inlet manifold to the brake servo use this as its all ready there for you. also if you dont wanna run a pipe through the bulkhead u can also tpiece into the back of the clocks...

sightly wrong there bilal.. :lol: the r1 has alot more internal porting "jabba terms again" it "should have" the lower chambers ported. and on ours we enlarge the upper chambers too.... -

porting the chargers improves the lowdown drivabilaty of the g60. and helps air flow, it pulley sizes that spin the charger faster ie. putting more strian on the oil seals /bearings .. you can easilly run a 65mm pulley on our chargers with out any relibality issues... as long as the charger is in good condition to start with ie no displacer wear etc. -

proberly more to do with the extra cost.... r1 charger as no more fragile than any other g-lader.. -
hello there gareth, we supply the aftermarket tensioner required for the kit all in the price. you can use the std tensioning strut be we fell its best not to have HTD on a adjustable tensioner so we have designed as solid one for use on the g60 kits....

sorry about the delay but we (g-werks/pitstop) now have taken delivery of these kits. made from high quailty hard anodised aluminum comes complete with belt / and all tensioners. price > £370.00

Maybe Darren (g-man) would be best answering this but basically g-werks specialise in 'charger rebulds etc & Pitstop do the rest of the mechanical work. They share adjoining premises. They also do SNS re-chips too. :D hello there darren here. bit wrong there steve.. basically speaking i do g60 stuff only which includes every aspect, liam does as little as possible. :lol: and steve takes care of psd work.. liam has now moved into our 2ND workshop and is just concentrating on the engine rebuilds g40/g60 and that leave far more room for steve and myself to work on customers cars whatever the work needed. you can also order a whole host of parts mail order from either site! (mine isnt quite finished yet though) we can now cater for everything from oil changes to complete engine rebuilds/conversions... as long as it has a super charger attached we will work on it... :lol: hope this clears things up. -

what you will need for the g-unit boost return is : blanking plate £10.00 k&n breather filter £20.00 length of 3/4 hose £6.00 jubilee clip 80p and a catch tank of some discription. ( :lol: "g-master knows the score.) i can supply this separate or as a kit for £38 deliver'd and with a tempory catch tank thrown in for free.... :lol:
