There are a few kits on the market as most of the g60 tuners supply there own version on a front mount intercooler kit. We have chosen to keep our kit very close in design to the golf rallye style cooler to retain ease of fitting without having to cut the bodywork in order to fit. All of the available kits seem very well made.

Post up some resistance figures across the 2 pins on the blue Coolent sender whilst running up from cold. Lets see if its that thats playing up.

What AFR is it running on A, idle B, part throttle C, WOT

Mineral oil is kind whilst bedding an engine in but im pretty sure VW would of used 10-40 silver or equilavent on all there new engines from the showroom.

Im in the process of fitting a simple system into my Golf and im looking for some recomendations on a suitable 4channel amp.. THe system comprises of the following at the moment - Headunit - alpine 9857 Front Speakers - Kef Uni Q's in audio scape Door builds Rear - Looking at the jl 8W7 in a small ish ported enclosure.. so im looking for a amp. to run the fronts and bridge the rears to run the sub.. What do you recomend ?

It also backs up our Dyno plots to prove the 1.75" primery runner'd manifolds we sell are really doing the job as apposed to other's which just replace std parts with shiney stainless parts...

Well it didnt make it to E38 but it did make it to no-rice on wed.. Going back into the work shop for phase 3 in a few weeks now..
