Sorry mate I don't know!
-
Thanks mate, the courier is collecting it tomorrow, with easypops wiring inside!

Hi, it doesn’t include a column, just the Corrado specific parts to convert your adjustable one to a fixed one. You’ll also need the column from a polo 6n to fit it. Ive not done the conversion myself but apparently it makes a big difference to how the steering feels. The parts here are all new.

Clearing out the shed... Fixed Steering Column conversion which I bought but never fitted, £70

Sorry Kev missed your reply! I’m building a car/motorbike from scratch mate. Electric I’m afraid! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Ha ha yeah it was £6k! It doesn't matter now as I decided to sell the car anyway! I can honestly say that was the hardest car sale of my life, I've driven a lot of sports cars in my life, and I personally think it's such a lot of car for the money. But hey, I drove it about for 18months, put 13k on it and still made a profit on it so I can't complain.

I had mine painted satin black first, then I put on a finishing layer of the texture, followed by clear on top. I didn't even finish one can for both the grill and slam panel.

So I got a price of an engine (57k) with loom ecu and ancillaries, all came to £6k which is obviously a ton of money, but hey you're talking a 500bhp motor.... But anyway I'm thinking the V8 might be a better option, just because of the weight. If anything the car needs less weight on the front, and the V8 M3 motor would reduce the existing weight by 20kg (the s54 engine is an iron block), and increase the power by 100bhp or so.. and hey- it's a V8 so it sounds good. I'm not sure though a V10 would be so nice...

Yeah it does look spot on in there I totally agree with you. I'm going to price up the parts and take it from there I think, I'm just not sure where the conversion starts and ends, though like any conversion I'm sure that's probably down to choice. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Obviously get it as wide as you can, but if it's going to be a push, make sure you put a double roller shutter door in it, so if you need to work on a car, you can leave the other car outside and have the one you are working on in the middle of the space, which is hard to do if you have a pillar in the middle ;) Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I got back into riding a bit five years ago, loving it now, the steeper the better as far as I'm concerned! Bought this second hand last year, for half the price when new (1 year old) - it's awesome! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

High praise thanks guys! I'd love to say I'm missing it but not yet!! Anyway, I was going to sell my Z4MC as well, but instead I'm thinking about putting the V10 M5 motor in it, are there any BMW geeks on here that might be able to any light on the conversion? I can't cope with asking the 'experts' on the BMW forums!! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

So James if you are willing to pay full price then they are yours. Is that how this works? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Decided to sell these now I don't have the car any more. They are Corrado specific and locking. I bought them new from MicksGarage online for about £120. Yours for £60+post Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
