i was just reading what you guys had to say bout the 8v. i had an 89 mk2 golf, but i sold it for my 90 1.8 16v raddo, but i must say if i put them in a drag the golf would win, there seems to be far more torque in the old golfs, so surely it can only be down to the box, just an opinion,

hi this might seem a bit of a dumb question , but what power steering fluid does my 1.8 16v need?? the hose at the bottom of the bottle decided to remove its self the other day, i have had cars with power steering probs before but they just took your bog standard atf fluid, vw fluid seems to be thinner and yellowee not red, any help greatfully recived

hi all, i have a 1990 raddo 1.8 16v ,im just a bit concerned bout the temp its running at even in this bitterly cold weather we have at the mo. it takes bout 15 mins to get to 90-95ish on the guage. but will not fall below that but does go just above but not for long, is it normal for this sort of temp? :?:

had my valver not even 2 weeks now and i had the chance last nite to go out, what is up with the bloo@y lights on this thing? or is it my eyes. they just seem to be really dim, even on full . ????????????? 8)

hey lads, i need to know something. my vr6 engine is a transplant, but in the process of it being wired in some clutz has failled to hook up the diag sockets (under the gear gaiter) . question is can i take my ECU out and have it tested for any faults? or would it have to be in the motor and still hooked up to all the sensors. :?:
