  1. Be interested to hear how you get on, mine doesn't sound as bad, but certainly runs a lot smoother when warm

  3. I think they are both ace and love the show. You have to barter!! If the seller accepts a stupid price that's his fault!
  4. Thats the first thing i thought of!
  5. Where in West Midlands are you? This is really tempting and might be only 5 minutes away
  6. I for one will be very interested to hear how they perform
  7. Mmm, it took me 2 years to buy the upgraded head light loom, maybe in 2012 I might have upgraded wipers £100 for wipers just hurts though
  8. I may need to purchase a set of these then. I'm too tight to splash out on the Lupo ones
  9. Mmm, that's a shame. Do you know if the golf or any of the other cars these leads were comparable with have the sensor? Seems stange that the leads are made for this car, yet they don't actually do what they are supposed to. :cuckoo:
  10. best go onto detailing world, lots of good info on there.[/quote:3tq63064] Just a little bit  :) Well I'll sign up and start reading
  11. Sorry to hi Jack the thead but what's a da? I want to get into this machine polishing lark, but don't have a clue where to start
  12. Hi Jim Be interested to know which leads you brought for the valver and what think of them when finally fitted. This is one of the jobs on my list and I was going to buy the Beru ones but you may have put me off!

  14. Just take the missis car for a drive or yours parents, you'll soon appreciate the C again :)
  15. Is that for use with the C? Do they help?
  16. Looks bloody gorgeous to me mate, need more pics though :D
  17. I certainly think mine looks up to the job and I was very impressed with it, having said that I have owned it for a week so can't really say how long it's going to last. However lift master produce more expensive jacks at over £100 quid, which makes me feel better, or am I clutching at straws
  18. Christ! I hope nothing falls out of mine
  19. Mmm, quite liking the LEDs idea, too late now though! As said though, nice to see at least a couple of budget models :D
  20. Extra bits? I missed that, what do you get?
  21. Well after avoiding the hefty cost for a decent low profile trolley Jack for so long I finally gave up and thought I'd buy one! I just got sick of driving onto blocks of wood etc. Luckily for me lift master have now brought a new one out so I don't need to fork out £100. I brought one for £30 and I'm well chuffed with it, really glad I didn't buy one a year ago now! Just thought someone else might be interested http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=250690340801&ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT#ht_2286wt_732 Bargain :D
  22. Agreed. How anyone can look at that eyebrow and think "I want my C to look that bad" :gag:
  23. The front end of the car just doesn't look the same without the 90mm splitter
