Not wishing to teach anyone to suck eggs..... but...... Be very aware of mileage displays on modern digital dash cars..... alarmingly easy to change and knock 30-40k off the clock and it takes seconds. So make sure the mileage is backed up by history etc. Also be aware of chain noise which is very obvious on R32 engines, thrashed from cold engines tend to rattle and shouldn't. ......my 2p. Don't panic Alex, we've waited over a week for a courier collection. Apparently all the warehouses are backed up with un-delivered mail so no collections have been happening.

Emailed DG and they gave me the idea that they only did on car remaps I will talk to them again, did the remap they did on your improve the midrange torque which is what I'm wanting to do. Have one high performance motor don't really want another. Hi Phil, Jim is correct. We don't offer a remote mapping service due to wanting to check the car over thoroughly before mapping. All Corrados are at least 15 years old now and can have running problems that the owner isn't even aware of. At the end of the day we want them running as good as possible when they leave us.

The last of these are now ready, I have 3. The connector stock seems to have run out at VW. If you're not interested in them any more please say so and give somebody else a chance.

:wave: erm this is rather embarrassing but between us Gray and I have 5 Corrados ATM.......most of them are in a state of being fixed-ness :lol: so only 2 actually on the roads around Worcestershire 8) We do have meets from time to time and also gather with the guys and gals from Bristol / Hereford / Gloucestershire quite a lot throughout the year. It's about time we had another Worcester meet though. We had a great meet at the Chequers pub in Cutnall Green so maybe we should do that again soon. drewie99 is in Stourbridge, Jaded is in Shrewsbury, Harry is in Evesham and quite a few others about.

Lol! I was just thinking about the infamous electric supercharger! I reckon with the extra drain on the alternator it's probably +0% at idle and -20 at 6k :lol:
