in addition to the above have u used rad weld or similar product in the past or if u only jus bought the car what steve said is highly recommended to sort out the prob also when filling up again take off the top rad hose and fill through expansion bottle with heaters on hot and towards windscreen but not actually on, leave on zero. let a bit of coolant flow through the top hose when filling and than do it up and slowly fill the expansion tank to the level...........this is how i sorted mine out my 2p's worth

Hi just got in from G-werks and i wanna say thanks (BIGTIME) for giving me a nice big :D i had some work done isv re route removed boost return pipe (whhhooooooosh, i love it) and a mini k&n on the isv (which was a very nice touch) topping up coolant and the repairing of my fuel sendor wanna say a big thank you to Darren for doing a good job and for actually listening to the needs of the customer, which i thought was generous Thanks and appreciated

not a lot of diff mate between the 2 u get a lil bit more torque out the 2.0 but the cat takes a slight bit of performace away so they are both more or less the same.... personally i think the 1.8 is a better car...also i think u should get a VR6 8) :lol:
