for a start u need at least 205/40 tyres but personally 215/35 will look best and you will need coilovers otherwise you will have nice wheels that look shit on the car coz its too high

debadge it totally and smooth the lines at the edges of the panel and even remove the rear wiper. it will be niiice

15mm spacer can be run without rolled arches and will NOT rub on the arch on a 7.5J wheel with 205/40 tyre, unless you have one them freak rado's that just rubs

3M Finesse,, awesome stuff, slightly lighter then G10 but a better product blob of above and a blob of zymol cleaner wax or megauirs stage 2 then 3 and it be mint, bar the orange peel

surely if you plastic weld it, it will still need a skimming of filler to smooth out the edges, which would then again crack over the summer period(s)

think RSR Wheels do arch rolling at £25 per wheel but most places do them from £30 - £40 per wheel and their likely to be quite experienced at not cracking the paint.
