Can anyone explain how to wire in the late switches to early loom. The late switch has half the number of wires as on the early there are two plugs however on the late it’s only 1 5 pin plug Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Bought some 99% mint late seats and door cards from the corrado graveyard last week and tonight got stuck in fitting them. Just need a couple of bits for the door cards before I can fit those as this is a early one some bits are different. Not posted on here for a long time. Unfortunately the car has been at the workshop since November with a suspected gearbox issue. Me being me I told my mechanic I wasn’t to bothered about how long it took him to look at it. We’ll roll on 6 months and he finally got round to it (can’t complain about the free storage). Turns out the box is absolutely fine and the leak appears to be because there was far to much oil in the box and because I have given it a thrashing that day as you do it decided to release some of it. Any way it’s all been cleaned up oil breather pipe rerouted to rear of sump this is because the charger is blanked off, fitted a new oil pressure sensor as that was leaking slightly and got a nice clean mot again this year. The mot tester couldn’t believe it has 245k miles as it’s so tidy which is good to hear, he also asked to test drive it for a laugh and he commented on how well the engine is for that mileage and that it’s better than some cars that he tests that are only 3-4 years old. I used acetone and a plastic and metal scraper I wasn’t to fussed about scratching the paint as it will never be seen Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Unfortunately not been able to do much with the corrado as gearbox has decided to leak it’s oil but few weeks ago change the bonnet lining to a dreadnoughts one Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Greg responded unfortunately not good news apparently the engine blew up in 2012 then the shell got stolen so car doesn’t actually exist anymore. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
