are the internal that I need to wiggle out of the hole connected to anything ??? apart from the plug you suggest

Okay so I've removed the door card, taken the screw out of the back of the door handle, pushed the door handle forward... So how does the door handle come out what's stopping it... Is it connected to something I'm missing don't want to force it Also is the trim that the top of the door card sits in available. any part numbers ?????

Give VW heritage or classic part a call in the morning... An alternative is an aftermarket full length scuttle panel that goes wing to wing.

Strut caps fitted this afternoon and a wiper motor cover, five min job. Does the wiper motor cover just locate over the rear motor boss. The cover rocks backwards when the bonnet is open.

Is it the mk2 golf accelerator pedal rubber that fits he rado. Never understood why the corrado never had one. Just checking before I buy. Thanks for any info.

I bought one from VW a few months ago had 8 left in stock...Some on eBay too... If it's not this seal its bad news a heater matrix.
