  1. 99% of the head removal is done, Ive removed headbolts, it wants to come but................I still cant get those 2 manifold bolts out, one appears rounded a bit to :censored: I have been underneath and remove all the obstructions like the headshield, I got a really good veiw of the little feckers. still I cant remove them. Ive tried to undo the exhaust further down by the CAT that might work but having trouble with those bolts to :brickwall: Any suggestions welcomen :D

  3. there is already holes there, which I was expecting tbh, as my ignition key isnt original. I cant get the thing out though :mad2: :censored: I m tryin to push in the spring and pull out at the same time?

  7. I've started to swap the head. Old 200k+ (apparently cracked) 9a Head off and new refirbed KR on. Well not yet, I went in without the right tools :cuckoo: I dont have the multihead sockets to get out the cheese head bolts. I also need to get replacements for all the rounded off allen heads. They really do my head in :mad2: :mad2: There is also one nut left on the exhaust manifold, how do you get that lower, middle one out? seems impossible, without many knuckles. I'm thinking of tarting up the rocker cover and the manifolds, paint or polish?? Also is a 4 branch worth fitting? Satin 4 Life Bought some wheels and tyres off a local forum for £80, not bad I thought.

  15. yea...Im now looking for 2 more :wave: might get some painted for winters maybe....a nice silver colour. They are actually the cars original wheels so I may reunite them

Tonight whilst on delivery for Tesco I randomly went to the brother of the girl I bought my valver off, got talking about the car, aparently its had a paint which is nice to know, and interesting to find out some honest history. Anyway.............I ended up having off him 2 estorils and had them with me all night in the Tesco Van WIN WIN you may or may not know I run estorils cause they are sweet

  18. hello Im looking for some help with my broken ignition barrel something inside has perished and broke, which bits do i need to sort it? also is it hard to get the barrel out to replace? cheers kemp Where the 'here' is, is broked :(

  22. just bought a front german font pressed. probably should of bought a rear plate to. What day did you go up on?
  23. I just bought some fully not police friendly plates from Edition :wave: and ran my US spec plate on the way home, I may put that one back to standard before I go to work maybe. My front plate was cracked and a bit pants and didnt see the point in buying a plastic one nor did I bring my V5 for dubmeister who were at ed38 :D
