I got some bad rust on my side repeater. I want to remove and fill tbh, Is this something that I can do or will welding be required?

dunno thb, I would of tried places like motorworld but they dont exist anymore, If you look on potn.co.uk or venom they may do quick delivery. Dunno if a momo will be any good. whats the size of the wheel, and the centre of it? I could measure mine

can you remove the black plastic around the edge, just to help when Im painting? Also if the plastic is a bit scratched can you do much with it? or has it had it? Cheers

I think they are only 7.5 j. The guy I know has a few rare items, F reg rado for example

very good effort, I done mine but mistakingly bought some black tint, didnt realise untill I was actually spraying it on the lens :cuckoo: but it looked quite good as its red smoked :D what are you doing for coloured bulbs as they will all be red now

hmm still cant get nout to work.1 fuse is ok, blower motor I took from my other rado, early interior (would this make a difference?) but it was working. I think I will try to put my old motor in with the thermal fuse fitted. and go from there, the blower wires may differ some how. What else could it be

does the moving part go under or on top?

looks like the cooper is bent, but im not sure if this is the problem, I could see this when it was in the car :lol:

I got it out :clap: :clap: .. now I got to find out the problem..Its something to do with the 4 speed switch, any ideas? I have changed the thermo fuse and the blower motor also so far. I turned the switch through 360 degrees, what bit could be broke? ta
