hey For some reason im getting very poor gas mileage, i get about 225 miles per tank which compared to my other cars its really bad. Is that normal, iv changed the fuel filter spark plugs, iv cleaned the injectors. I have also searched with some results. I have reason to believe it could be my O2 sensor but i have little knowledge in that subject. Now idk but if i get one do i need to cut wires and that sort of thing becuase i found some online with no connectors. Idk Any ideas? the car seems to be running lean i think if im using the word properly, because if it was running rich i would be able to smell the petrol. Please help

Something thats says MAF cleaner and make sure what ever you get it says sensor safe on the back, idk about in the UK but here in the US i used CRC Mass Airflow Cleaner, pull out the MAF and spray it on the inside on the sensors, let it dry for about 10 min, the spray dries pretty fast but to be on the safe side let it sit, while you have that out might aswell get intake cleaner and clean ur intake. Put it back together, and hopfully ur problem is solved GL
-
easiest thing to do is clean the MAF before you go buy stuff, get some MAF cleaner, just a suggestion who knows it might just be dirty GL
-
My car was misfiring ended up being a dirty MAF, idk, you could try cleaning it with MAF cleaner, NOT WATER OR TISSUE

Hey, Today, i went to open my hood and the hood release leaver broke, i unbolted it and i saw that there was a little clip that is attached to the black part of the cable broke holding it to the levar bracket, now when i go to pull the lever the whole cable moves along with its out black covering, for me to open my hood i need to take too pliers and hold the black end and pull on the other to pop it, it takes some time because only one side wants to pop, and idea, can i replace the small metel bracket or do i need to replace the whole cable?? i was thinking maybe i can put a little slit in the levaer it self and slide the cable through peventing the black piece from coming forwards, IDK im lost Thanks

MM okay i guess ill stick with regular rotors, i saw some on ebay, drilled that is, same size as my current one so i thought it wouldnt be a bad idea to get them Brembo i think they were but any ways because u said so ill stick with normal stock rotors Thanks

-
alright, sounds good but i still dont know the difference of regular rotors and cross drilled rotors, and what are the advantages of cross drilled??
-
its more of a smooth judder when braking but i will definetly check if they are cracked dont want to do damage to the car, lol maybe by the end of the month ill pick up some front brembo rotors off of ebay and wagner brake pads from my local store, quick question though whats so special about cross drilled rotors??
