Sorry, did you just say he closed his business because it was doing too well?!? Lmao yea, is that not counter-productive? I e-mailed the contact address and I got an automated response saying thankyou for your interest but due to being unable to keep up with demand I have stopped supplying. Surely that would have been a good opportunity to expand the business. Ach well the hunt continues

Cheers bud, just need to find a way of getting them fitted. I did find a site called eurowires I think it was that done US to european etc etc but he no longer supplies them because he couldn't keep up with the demand. Anyone else fitted the US angel eyes to their rado's? any help would be greatly apprieciated :)

Cheers guys, much apprieciated :D Got the angel eyes just need to solve the problem of getting the harness to fit the US spec lamps. Also got a set of FK Coilovers to be fitted and then there's a few other things I wanna get done but all in good time. Just love it to bits :D

I feel like a complete twat lol I was looking at pictures of the car and the wheels did have a negative camber on them, the fronts had positive (reasons for which I do not know but was like this when I bought it) but they've now been set with a slight negative. Can't wait to drive it properly....trackdays ahoy :D

Thats a cracking looking rado especially for the money, those wheels really are damn nice and it looks mint :D

*dribble* Its got an unbelievable howl at around 3k, sounds like Vince has harnessed the power of a wolf :D Keep comparing mine to this, wish it drove as well haha -
See the thing that baffled me is after the battery had been dead my alarm started beeping really slowly and not all that loudly due to the battery being practically dead, so after I had charged it up and the car had been running again the central locking was working pretty much spot on and I never had any problems with it, then on the day i was taking it to get its MOT done the problem came up which I thought was odd. Its a Toad alarm, can't remember which one exactly but I'll have a look through the manual to see about resetting it and hopefully that helps, much apprieciated for the info tho :D

I'm having this problem at the mo, my immobiliser will work absolutely fine, car starts etc etc BUT none of the locks open with the unlock button, i can't get access to my boot, or my filler and the only way i can get into the car is by turning the key to unlock the drivers side door, but the alarm works as normal, where exactly is the release for the fuel cap? I had a look just now and took off a big chunk of foam to find it was only protecting an electrical piece of equipment, help would be greatly apprieciated!

Reason I bought them from the states was because I couldn't find anyone that sold them over here, anyone else fitted the US ones? I know about the beam though, probably should have looked into it a bit more before buying but hey
-
that is one nice looking red rado :D the meet pics are awesome, some lush machines there :D

The last sentence almost sounds like a missing persons ad No shame in looking for a previous love though :D

Hey guys, Recently just bought a set of these angel eyes from the states - http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayI ... &viewitem= They have a different plug which is a direct fit into the headlamp unit, any idea where I can get the plug to fit them? Cheers :)

I think the clear lights look sweet tbh. Gives the car a real modern look imo :)

I got mine from ebay, http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/VW-CORRADO-REAR-T ... 286.c0.m14

The bottom of the wheel is sticking out, can give it a good bounce anyway its not moving for at least a week yet Missing driving it so much :(
-
Yea I checked both of the wheels to make sure before putting it back on. Few guys have told me that it needs to be driven for the suspension to settle and then they'll be fine Can't actually drive it at the mo due to no tax or mot but that will change in a couple of weeks, was just a bit worried but will see what happens.

Hey guys, Recently fitted a set of 16" team dynamic alloys to my rado. They are the correct offset and fitment etc, made sure i triple checked this but they are sitting in a negative camber, the old bbs wheels ran in line without any problems so I know nothing has changed with the car. I compared both wheels to double check again but its still the same, A couple of friends have said once the car has been driven they'll be fine because the suspension needs to settle back down after its been jacked up? Car is currently off the road atm, wheel bearing and hub needing done and I need to get it mot'd so there's no chance to legally or safely drive it either. Any help is greatly apprieciated :)

Thats a gorgeous looking storm bud :D

I had the same problem and motorway driving at night really was quite scary barely being able to see a good distance ahead. Thinking of going for the HID conversion but would the HID kit still get the full voltage or would it be advised to fit an uprated loom then fit the kit? Cheers folks :D

Thanks guys, much apprieciecated :D Yea that ferrari was in st andrews mate, thought id take a trip across to fife for a drive so seen a nice wee photo opp

That is just stunning. Cracking pictures with that snow as a backdrop, really fits in nicely with the setting :D -
Hey folks, Well I finally picked up my corrado g60 a couple of weeks ago and having finally got my butt into gear I got a few pictures of it, previous owner told me he also purchased it from Mondy on these forums. Since I got it I've never really been in the house and its lived up to and went far beyond the expectations I had, I've just fell in love with it totally and already had the chance to surprise a couple of cars on the roads too  The spec on it is - 183bhp 185ft lbs of torque Lowered on bilsten shocks and springs Eibach anti roll bars from and rear drilled brakes 68mm pulley fitted to supercharger K+n panel filter 16" BBS Wheels with Goodyear Eagle F1 Tyres Reiger de-badged grill Boost gauge Some shots - And after a good wash a couple of weeks after I got it home it now looks like this - (fitted the clear style tail lamps and still need to wax it) Wha la :D
