I gather airbag etc has been removed and are you going to use the functions fitted otherwise why would you fit one. I suppose its cheaper than owning a Mk 6 Goof

Yep that's right have got boxes of old issues. Sadly no transportation was the issue and I was thinking due to the misfire issue how would I bench test it to rectify before putting in the new engine unless someone can help me to get it from Tunbridge Wells to near Portsmouth. Also where do you stand with the DVLA for the V5. Don't you need proof of purchase etc. Ron

Good to hear from someone at last. You don't need a Corrado to go any suitable vehicle will do even if you share with someone else to split the cost of ferry and petrol. Sadly I'm also not going next year so have to let the ticket company whom I had reserved 4 camping pitches and 8 entrance tickets that I will not require them this year. Maybe LEMAN 2018 could be on the cards watch this space late next year. Ron

Just seen this been away I'm down deepest south PO9, but up that direction end of month at a wedding in Crystal Palace/Dulwich.

Oh dear soon as I mentioned engine I was over in Germany at the weekend at the Dissen 30th Anniversary with 3 UK CCGB Corrados and a UK Scirocco great turnout of Sciroccos and Corrados convoyed to the Karmann Factory for a visit to the museum and a tour of the production line where they put together the Porsche Cayenne all very interesting. Whilst on the convoy complaints from behind of the blue smoke I was producing 124k on the clock. Looks like top end needs doing or something else. What checks to do and any advise welcome.
