if it was intermittent problem with beru packs then maybe I'll get one of them. Had heard some dodgy revirews on them so wanted to avoid. Many thanks for assistance. Need to sort the rest of the engine now.She's still not well :(

Hi. Anyone know where I can pick up a Temic coil pack. Mine has finally given up despite epoxy repairs. Don't want to waste money on Beru rubbish if I can avoid it. Thx in anticipation

hi fred I have a vr6 and a 16v(2l) Whilst the vr6 is awesome, the 16v is no slouch. 10.2 does sound a bit slow, but what they lack in performance they more than make up for in handling and grin inducing fun Have fun and find the right one

changing due to low compression on no 5 so thought would do them all at once. doing a leak down test next week to confirm, but she's not well at the moment. done valve stem seals, but think there is still a problem there, will see how it goes. she has done 160k now, but still mint, so i think it's worth doing

Hi New to this so bear with me while I ask what might seem like a really silly question. I have to replace the rings on my vr6 (my 16v is good tho). Is this possible with the engine in ie remove head and sump, or am I gonna have to take the whole thing apart. Any help greatly appreciated. DS
