good luck. . its hard to help with these sorts of problem over the net . i know . but help is on hand with questions . . can't fault vw people for that side of things -
2.5 inch stainless with one box at the back . all rapped up in exhaust heat cloth/tap .. . . .

you will find it hard to get a key ? on its own . . i did see a brain clocks and key on ebay for just over 200 . maybe you will get lucky . thats if you want to go that route . you could go to a plug and play system . but it will cost you a lot more ? £1000 .

Apparently you have to use the corresponding ecu, loom, gauges, ignition switch and key... you can go to A M D and they will do the work on the ecu to take the code off the chip so that you don't need the clocks.ignition or keys . . making it simple. just use the ecu and engine . i used the same mounting points as the 16v as the blocks are almost the same 20v and 16v . . i have cut the front mount down by 10mm to get the engine to clear the brake master c . . not a big job .

vr6 gear box . for sale . perfect for g60 first and second up grade . i've spotted that a few g60 owners are looking for gears to up grade the g60 box . i've got a box that has the mounting point broken on it . but the gears are perfect . complete box £150 . cheep upgrade to help the g60 use all its power .

electrical loom tape . . does any one know were to get the tape used for the engine bay loom as close as i can to the factory ?? if so how much is it ?? asked for it from vw and they said "not available" its almost like cloth tape

hi i'm looking into putting vr6 clocks in to my 16v > any one done this befor . need a little help with the loom ? would g60 clocks fit easyer ?
