G60 CS

Hi its marc, there were no advisories on the mot which was 8 months old. the car had covered 5k in that time, your right they do have to prove it but its a little nerve racking when it ends up in crown, dosent help that one wittness has said i was speeding and racing, after reading his statement he said he saw me overtake him and gain 100m before i crashed on a road thats 1.5miles long. ive worked it out that it would put me doing about 4mph more than him, trust me to get the village idiot! Just trying to load myself with as much info at the moment so i can go straight back at them when i get cross exaimined, thanks for getting in touch and showing an interest :)
