MY ONE NEEDED A NEW ABS PUMP THERE WAS SOME CRAP STICK IN THE VALVES INSIDE THE PUMP DO HAVE SOME PAPER WORK WITH SOME DIAG CHECKS YOU CAN DO BUT SOUNDS LIKE IT IS THE PUMP IF I REMEMBER WILL POST THEM ON HERE TONIGHT -

Hi Just brought a 6 branch manifold and it don't come with the flange adaptor which connects to the cat. Any ideas where i can get one from???

so anyone know where i can get a diaphrame for a vw motorsport manifold???????

arrrrrrrrrrrrrr i've had enough of this manifold !!!!!!!!!!!!!! i ordered a new diaphrame from internet a shrick valve only to find it's the wrong one so i've ripped off the manifold for no reason the manifold i have is a vw motorsport vsr any idea's if they sell these valves seperatly???

I'd like to thank all the lads for there input on this it's been a great help recived the new diaphrame today so will be fitting that at the weekend also need to make sure the valve is not touching rocker cover once i've done this will rewire the control unit to the engine speed sensor and see what happens.

you must be on about some sort of adjustment on the manifold control unit or the diaphrame sorry to sound stupid but i dont even know if i've wiried the control unit up right

this is what i make of it i only have 4 wires on the control unit i think the control unit needs a live and earth 1 wire to engine speed sensor and one to the solenoid and the other pin on solenoid is a earth??? sorry but don't understand what you mean by rpm point?????

thanks pianowire but i'm confused theres 4 wires from the control unit two go to the solenoid valve 1 goes to the eng speed sensor so does the last on go to earth ????

Control unit should be wired to the RPM pin on the ECU. Don't ask me which one it is..! ok i won't anyone else know what pin to connect to???

how do i check the controller operation????? when you say default is 4k does this mean the control unit sould be wired to the eng speed sensor???? i also know that the diaphrame on the manifold is leaking so the vacume ain't opening but i've got a new one on the way

Hi Recently fitted a vsr manifold and am having a few problems with lack of power at high rpm. I think I have a problem with the ecu or valve on the manifold and would like to know if you can get any of these bits separately and if so from where??? I think that you should be able to operate the butterly by sucking on the pipe connecting to valve??? but nothing happens

MATE CORRADO SUNROOF QUICK RUN COMMOND AS MUCK YOUR GONNA NEED TO DROP THE HEADLINING AND SUNROOF CHECK THE RUNNERS THEY ALWAYS BREAK AND I'M SURE THERES A WEB SIGHT THAT DOES REPAIR KITS

if theres no gas in the system the compressor wont click cause theres no pressure but you can bypass it from the pressure switch by bridging 2 pins then if the compressor is ok it will click -
I've had a blown fuse cause the abs light to come on and you can tape up the abs light but a decent tester would pick up on it
