quality paint job can only be american no one in the uk is stupid enough to do that to there car and drive it -

water leaks are a nightmare i think it could be a poorly seal front screen

update done the wiring to the airflow meter and cars much better still think lacks tiny bit of power will look further into that at the weekend

got to say fitted some coilovers at the weekend and i was worried about the ride quality ok it's hardish but nothing compaired to what i was expecting -
i would start at the ignition switch too as very common on these

so no one has a wiring diagram or access the there car to check wire colours cheers all

found out the other day that the plastic rockers give a problem when fitting vsr manifolds not to sure about the schrick ones

Morning all Hope you had a nice weekend need some info please need the eng wiring diagram for a vw corrado vr6 95 or just what colour wire connects to what pin on the airflow meter (4 pin connector) Cheers

True... however my flap :norty: was catching on the cam cover... Vince had to dremel a bit of the cover away. As the VSR was designed for OBD1 engines I think it is designed to work with the early metal covers. My car has a later plastic one and was restricting movement of the flap. Oh and Vince is at CV47 2PT. hmmmmmmmmmmm could be i have a plastc rocker too cheers

cause the flaps work on vacume i would have thought by sucking through the pipe it would operate the flaps ???

Hi Need some help just fitted a vsr manifold and i'm having a few problems. Starts ok but got megga lack of power worse at higher revs need to know if there something i got wrong with the wiring to the control box or if i have another problem i also need the wiring diagram to the air flow meter found a broken wire. Just tought do i need to get the ecu mapped?????

yep abs light should come on with ignition flash and then go off if no light might be disconnected or the bulb has blown

not to sure but i think the lock has to be in the right position horizontal or vertical :confused4:

had the same problem few months ago ended up taking the grille out (without breaking if poss) and operating catches through there

had this problem a few months ago and thought it would be best to change everything heater panel and cables was fun and games trying to clip the cables back on the heater box and cost an arm and a leg

adjusted the brake compensator and i don't belive it i have rear brakes that now work

can get away with replacing the thermostat but will need to other 2 bits
