  1. Cheers Storm. Thought I was getting somewhere once I'd fitted it all - now going to have to take it out again... Wish I'd never started now!! John.
  2. Thanks Storm. That was a blonde moment, though, I meant compressor, not condensor... :pale: I'm trying to source the part, but whoever I talk to wants a chassis number as there are two parts on the system. This is a bit of a problem as I fitted the air con myself using a kit from a donor car... Thanks, John.
  3. Hi all, The condensor on the air con of my 95 VR6 has just packed in. Does anyone know the part number for this? It is an original Diavia kit. Thanks....John.
  4. I'm more concerned by the fact that the dealer doesn't recognise Sherry Pearl (mainly cos that's the colour of mine!!)
  5. Changing the throttle cable fixed both a lack of power issue and a stalling on start problem on my VR. Cheap to do as well...

I thought they all had a hump in the middle! Mine's a 95 and it has a hump...
  7. I put a wanted add on this forum and have got a 2nd hand kit out of a VR for about £300. That's including all the parts need to put it back in (hopefully!) All I need to do now is get it fitted - will let you know the cost when it's finally in....

Yes, it's a sherry rado. Not convinced by the colour but don't hate it enough to get a respray! Rado doesn't tend to get to Leeds too much as the drive in is terrible in the morning so I get the train! Will keep a look out for you, though!

Anyone seen/used this before?? http://www.corrado-teile.de/shop/produc ... utton.html The picture is a bit rubbish really so can't quite tell what's going on, but words state "Fits in cigaretter lighter location for all models/years" Is this what I think?? Can I really have a big start button where the cig lighter used to be?? John.
  10. Anyone in West Yorkshire (and therefore tight & not willing to pay main stealer prices...) can try: Smashing VeeDubs 119 Jack Lane Leeds LS10 1BS. 0113 243 5653 0113 245 0700. Good set of lads.
