i love my rado's there isnt a modern car out there that i feel the same way about. i love it even more for the fact that most people dont know what they are, there's not a great deal of them around and theres no other car that looks anything like it... i was thinking about this last nite as i was sat at my gf's house, i usually cant help but keep peering out of the window every 5 mins to check my corrado is there, but ive been driving a ford focus for the last week as the rado is in for paint, but i just wasnt bothered about it at all. went outside for 5 mins to get something from the car and i spotted 4 fiesta's all within about 400 yards of eachother. ive proably only ever seen 5 maybe 6 corrado's on the roads local to me, and you always get a wave and a smile, and to me thats what its all about. thats what makes corrado's differnt. i dont see focus owners waving to eachother! and its only corrado owners that understand why we love them so much.... having had the focus for the past week has made me realise just how much i love corrado's, im itching to get mine back and take it for a drive. the focus is just so boring, lacks any form of character and is just a big sea of plastic, dont get me wrong im sure its a wonderful practical family/everyday car but compared to driving the corrado its like driving a bus :lol: . i dislike it that much that ive chosen to walk places rather then drive it. Anyway, rant over.. much love.

not that hard to come by, although mine are 8's all round. really like the anthracite finish, fed up of seeing them mirror polished or diamond cut. perfect winters!! They not cheap by the time you have got adaptors and the wheels tho!! :( :( you would be surprised, i bought a set of 6's & 8's a year ago off ebay for £125... your best bet is too put a little money aside and hold out for a set on german ebay. a set of 8's arent cheap and if i was to sell mine with the adaptors and porsche space saver then id want a pretty gd figure. keep your eye on german eby, and if i hear of any at a decent price ill let you know..

off to vw tomorrow then, however just to be sure can i not just run that hose str8 from the header tank without splitting it? it will be going in a valver and im sure there is only the one pipe and the eletrics that attach to the header tank? or am i having a john nash schiezophrenic moment? :?

Ok guys my Alpine is in for paint now and should be getting it back early next week, no updates on the bordeaux and no update's on the Nuovolla apart from that parts are slowly starting to be sold from it... heres some pics of the alpine with my new bonnet bra trial fitted, will be updating this as soon as its back from paint. fair play to you, sounds a very nasty injury. i tore my mcl in my right knee last august through rugby and its only just getting to be ok. glad your all sorted and back to work now though, and good stuff for cracking on with the rado, you'll be pleased when you meet lee at the weekend hes a top bloke.. looks good, top work for rescuing it. looked at the pics and my blue corrado lived in one of those garage's for a few years :clap:

no worries at all, its not going anywhere so if you want it its yours. if not i might have a go at cleaning it up myself and keeping it.. Regards, Andy
