the sole reason performancetrim bought my non-sunroof shell was to produce the carbon roof for this very car, having seen the car several times and speaking to john at length about it that brief spec doesnt come close to the attention to detail thats gone into it..the custom venting alloy bumper 'iron' is an absoloute work of art in itself, every single aspect on the car has been revised reworked and improved on many occasions..the word fastidious to describe john's work is an understatement. worth every penny imho regardless of the bhp figure! huge shame for john to be selling it but i look forward to whatever the replacement will be....tho ive got a funny feeling it might have 5 cylinders and be something v v special indeed.

Location: lee on solent Price: 30.00 GBP Date added to Classifieds: 22nd Jan 2012 Description: as title then i have a set of original rear lights that have been painted all red, i bought these from a forum member last year iirc, they were on the car for a total of six months but sadly the top tint on the lights has faded, still all red but not as clear as the bottom half's. a light rub back and re-lacquer should see them looking spot on again, i just dont have the time to do this at the mo with the current engine bay tidy ive undertaken and am currently in the process of buying another set already done. im only after £30 plus postage, i paid a lot more then this. given that a decent set of originals are similar money and a set of all red's are generally a lot more and most of the work is already done i think thats fair. having problems uploading pics at the mo so please pm me your email address and ill send the pics across. ive prob made them sound a lot worse then they are but honesty is key. regards, Andy

I've got both of these spare in the garage, fan works perfectly..and hoses are in gd condition.

that much really?? i bought a new handle last year and it was circa £4+ vat.. or did you buy the actual handbrake lever itself? i was going to replace the leather trim at the time aswell but that was something ridiculous like £31+vat! regardless the new handle i bought still isnt fitted..lol

ive also got some, they dont have the cut outs for the late switches but wouldnt be overly hard to modify them to take the switches.

is this for 5x100 pcd only??

As Abdul says, can be done but just doesn't look or line up right..

Think the outer bolts are 8 or 10ml and the rest are 10 or 13ml from memory..pretty sure there's a step by step guide in the wiki..

One bolt either side of the dash on the outer part which the doors cover when closed.two or three bolts up through the scuttle ( these being the most tricky part) one more bolt behind the centre console. Not a difficult job tbh just have to be systematic with it..take out all the dash trim first etc....if you look at my build thread the beginning should show pics of the dash out etc..hth

sorry to jump in on this.. ian im after head light screws, radiator fan shroud screws rad cover screws..all in stainless if possible? ill get the part numbers needed tomorrow.

switch and rad cover now sorted, am after a pair of genuine front 16v arms, must be straight and relatively rust free altho not a huge problem, condition of bush's is not a concern either.. let me know if you have anything. cheers, Andy
